In my opinion, sometimes a bathroom inside master bedroom really annoying because the fragrance from the bathroom whether it's smelly or sweet will slip out and cover part of the bedroom. So, how about extend the part of master bedroom by building a wardrobe room inside in between the bathroom, so that after showering or pooping you could instant wipe. On the other hand, it remove the usual stuff of majority peoples routine, where they just straight to sitting or laying down on bed just for that comfort you know.
I know so many things that still uncleared from my statement. But i just too tired to type all of my thoughts

Staircase running outside and with iron grill makes extra space. Besides, no need for GF bathroom. Extra space for stair and bathroom can be better used.
I would increase the kitchen and took out the bathroon in the first floor. There is one bedroom not is necessary to have 2 in a small house.
If you got yourself a little boy trailer and other fixed up for a pickup to pull could you put one of those tiny houses on it and still keep the floors intact and be able to drive down the road anytime you want to drive it down the road

cual es el peralte de los escalones para poder llegar a planta alta con solo 8 escalones?
Pay attention to the openings / voids on the 2nd floor for stairs going up from the 1st floor, is it suitable? I don't think so. It looks odd and upnormal. 🤔🤔🤔
Can I request for a 3by5 house design with 1 bedroom

Look again at the size of the stairs from the first floor to the second floor, do people have to bend down when climbing the stairs when they start to enter the second floor? Also pay attention to the average height of the steps, is it appropriate or the height? I see the size is not normal. 🤔🤔
