This was great…having Phipps on really was a nice tie in to the beginning of the show behind his shop…can we see another show ranking the rest of the 135 builds? Maybe a “Where Are They Now” episode…
Thought it was going to be a looonnnggg drawn out video that I would watch just a few minutes. I was wrong. That was fun and the time flew by. I put it in my EPIC category. Good show mate! Good show!
I was there last week and they were STILL working hard on that bus.. Fipps was backing the super bird out.. and of course @RichardRawlings was running around on the phone and rushing places per usual.. BUT… He still took the time to open the gate and take a picture with us few that were standing there. And @Chase was what I was more impressed with than anything I think.. For him being as young as he is, then placed on such a high pedestal such as Gas Monkey.. that young man was as down to earth with me.. so nice, humble and TALL!! Lol.. you don’t realize how tall someone is by watching them on tv or TH-cam until you get that close to them.. Even Richard was a lot taller that I ever thought. But all in all, it was definitely a bucket list ✅!! I just wish I could have got Richard to sign my hot wheels corvette.. but he was in a hurry to leave so I didn’t bother to ask. The picture was good enough. Stay blessed @Richard @Chase @Fipps and everyone else..
My dad passed away last year. He had dementia. He'd asked me the same question five times in a row. And just like you. I answered it every time. I love your show from the beginning. But when you talked about your dad. That's when I loved you. God bless brother. God bless your dad.
I Love That You Went From Discovery To Free On TH-cam and My Family Followed You The Whole Way. We Followed RoadKill From TH-cam To MotorTrend and Then They Said We Can't Continue Our Paid Subscription Because We Live Outside The U.S. We Love You Richard. We Love Dennis as Well. Keep It Up. Love To See You Travel Outside The U.S.
My dad's first car was a 67 Impala SS, brand new for $2800...! His dad, my g-pa, had a Chevy, Buick, Olds, Cadillac dealership from the early 60s to mid-90s... Family only had to pay $100 over cost, that's how so cheap... The sticker price was $3800 for the 327cid/4speed/posi-trac rear end version...! His second car was a 69 Buick Skylark GS... All he can remember was "the Buick 400 and 4 speed, and it was yellow"... I really wish I had the money to get those cars back for him...! Especially the Buick...! My parents were married in that car...! Thanks, keep up y'alls awesomeness and go enjoy some nature today...!
As a viewer lots of these cars brought back memories watching them, and the work I was doing to my cars at the time. Miss some of the guys who have moved on since then, but that's life. Great episode GM!
You Mr Rawlings are a gentleman and just a top bloke. So from everyone in Australia We wish you and your family and everyone that works at Gas Monkey Garage A Merry Christmas and A Happy and safe New year Bring on Gas monkey and Richard 2023 👍👍👍 🍻🍻🍻🍾🍾 Please do more beer walks and more with Dennis as you two are to fine Gentleman and just a hoot 😅😅😂😂
Hey Richard, I have been a GMG Fan for a very long time and have watched almost all the F&L Episodes as it was a huge hit for me. I don't normally pay much attention to most shows, being that I was a Mechanic and just got cringe vibes around most Car Shows on TV. I don't know why, but it just always seemed everyone was doing the same and the scripts were just… Urgh! If I may state that I think you should go through with the 1972 Buick Riviera (34:14) because that car is massively underrated, and I know the magic you guys put out, so it will be one hell of a machine when done. I personally would love to see it in a James Bond-esque kind of finish on the interior, along with a Matte Gun Metal Grey (with fine Silver and Gold Fleck) Paint on the exterior. Fully kit it out with LED everywhere it can go, and make it just a power house under the hood. Anyway… Just Ideas I guess, but that will be one of my favourites if it comes out extremely well once you do your thing on it. If I had the money, then I would absolutely pay you to make this for me… It is just a beautiful, classy looking muscle that has potential to being a bad to the bone piece. To you and all the Friends, Family, and every Monkey on Team GMG… Stay Safe!… Stay Well!… Stay Positive! Stewart
Wow what a catalog of incredible builds from one shop. Lots of different individuals I'm sure had a hand in production but what strikes me the most is pretty much without exception they all look like they came from the same "vision". Well done Team .... 👏
The 59 rambler wagon was probably the first episode I watched and it was my favorite…always have a love for wagons about to start work on my 61 comet wagon
Nice trip down memory lane. So many sweet cars to choose from. But I think I would have to say that I really liked the hot wheels cars the best. Also really liked the bullet mustang. But so many of them that I liked, so it was definitely a tough choice. I'd be happy to own any one of them. Thanks for the memories
Hey Richard, you should actually show us your personal car collection. If it is ever possible, ALL of us fans want to see your car collection that you personally own. Please do this
really loved this flashback to your great builds ,( please do NOT let the boattail buick go to waste ) i'd like to see you build more 30's & 40's sometime in the future..
Great synopsis of your builds. I thought I had seen everyone you made… now I need to look a few up. That screen shot of all the cars ‘em rank’ would be a great poster, by the way.
I really enjoyed that, I wish you would have more stuff like this, it's just great to run back through the past and know that you watch the show from conception to end... (great job guys!?)
Great episode. I knew you would never give Tom a shoutout for being the hilarious Buford Sherrif in the Bandit episode. We all loved Tom, but as an employee, I am happy you never Killed him
Before ANY content....I pick that Ford GT on bags that Aaron created. ...my #1 ... Alright!!! 48 minutes in and you picked my favorite!! I knew it'd be there. 😎
Build idea: Richard. buy a viper and do something different. First gen year. Body flares. Fix all the drivetrain and suspension and brakes. Just do a gas monkey viper. Stay custom. Miss that. Restos and quick flips are content but let your boys shine and work and add to that body of creativity.
I love that the Woodill Wildfire 'Actual story' is sooooooo far from what the 'Discovery story' was. That is hilarious. I remember Dennis coming over with $100k in a cash stack, made for good tv, but, sounds like he also took it home with him as you guys were actually partners on the car. haha!!
The Riviera my.favorite old school classic car. You need to finish it. Love to bike and whatever happened to that fiberglass RV you bought in.Mississippi?
When the show aired you bought the car then sold it to Dennis for like 100 grand he one up it for like a 500 hundred dollar bill for a hair cut lol it was said it was a real wild fire .Richard Rawlings.
hey richard love d the show inever miss a video i actually watched the guy do alot of the work on the green and white gmc truck he had to sell it before it was done but he sold it to houston corosa who owns royalty exotics in vegas the sharkcat was in saint louis 4sale awhile
Well so many epic builds I really liked the Datsun the best and I really think you need to finish the Riviera, now I'm big fan of a lot of the builds, the Scout was amazing, as was your Mustang and and I could go on and on but those are the ones that really stand out to me.
I need help! 😫 I have a problem, that I'm ashamed to say has turned in to an addiction. Can't sleep. Drink way too much beer now. And the ONLY thing that seems to help, is to click the next episode. Yes, I have become addicted to your videos. Bindging bad right now. 😆
What builds would you want to see us talk about next?
The Sonic Camaro, the Rambler Wagon, 49 Chevy truck, the Ecoboost Pantera...
Mustangs
Maybee the one on your loft at the beginning
All The Ones Yall Didn't Talk About..Let's See Some Of Richard Personal Collection..Legendary Video Great Work
I think Phips can have a makeover... ;-)

This was great…having Phipps on really was a nice tie in to the beginning of the show behind his shop…can we see another show ranking the rest of the 135 builds? Maybe a “Where Are They Now” episode…

I’m really shocked that I watched almost every episode! Loved the video, I also loved the show!

I did not think that I was going to like this video, but I truly enjoyed it and hated to see it end. Great job Gas Monkey!
One of my favorite builds was the 2 Mustangs. Richard had brought in Jason to oversee the project since he was an ace working with Mustangs.
Phipps needs his own channel.
When is Arron coming to visit?
I wish you guys did another tv show you guys were great at everything
As a viewer lots of these cars brought back memories watching them, and the work I was doing to my cars at the time. Miss some of the guys who have moved on since then, but that's life. Great episode GM!
Kinda sad trip down memory lane without the rest of the guys and Christie.
You Mr Rawlings are a gentleman and just a top bloke.
So from everyone in Australia
We wish you and your family and everyone that works at Gas Monkey Garage
A Merry Christmas and A Happy and safe New year

Thank you mr Richard for everything you do out there
Brilliant idea for a video Guys. Loved it.
Great synopsis of your builds. I thought I had seen everyone you made… now I need to look a few up. That screen shot of all the cars ‘em rank’ would be a great poster, by the way.
A holy grail is definitely the three wheel mini bike in the gas monkey build off . That lil thing turned out BADASS !
You have to love Phipps
That's one great show Mr Rawlins 👍
Phipps: "They just told me to sit here." & I'm glad they did. You're great.

My favorite will always be The Ugly Kid. If I had to choose a 2nd favorite, it would be Trigger, the bandit car.
Great video.
Missing that epic metallic blue 34 Ford Coupe and the black 49 Chevy pick up.

The car Aaron built and sold to his step dad was pretty sweet….what’s its status ????
Fips is OG, respect
Loved this! I've watched from the start and loved your show. I only wish you had had Aaron as your co-host for this episode.
Phipps is the main dude at Gas Monkey. Much love to him!
Love the style you’ve created bud.
Any bills that Aaron took part of are my favorites. New guys monkey crew has not built a wow factor... Aaron was a big part of gas monkey...
Steve Darnell should make a video just like this on the builds that he made at welderup on the show vegas at rods. That would be cool.
I like the ecoboost Pantera was awsome!
The Ferrari, no question. My choice of any car on here, gimme that Dark Horse F40.
I want to see gmg get their hands on an old school ford rs200 and bring it into the 21 century
Love it
I love that the Woodill Wildfire 'Actual story' is sooooooo far from what the 'Discovery story' was. That is hilarious. I remember Dennis coming over with $100k in a cash stack, made for good tv, but, sounds like he also took it home with him as you guys were actually partners on the car. haha!!
Phips and Richard the best duel
I was hoping to see the dodge sweptline mentioned here. The one with a chevy engine & ford suspension in it.
Great episode, I wish the bearded wonder would have stopped by to talk about the cars he built there.
Best you tube video .
Welcome to Hondo Texas this is God's country dont drive thru it like hell. Real city sign
I liked the rambler stationwagon .

My favorite build was the 280z, Pity it was destroyed in transit to new owner.
