Very clear and easy to follow. Thanks.
A small comment. i would that. to compute the present values, you should use the alternative method not to input values on the calculator. Just for understanding purposes

1- If I am a seller (lessor) of machines, how do I find if it is better for me to sell or lease out ( rent out) a machine.
2- Also, in your example, did you include insurance coverage and regular maintenance costs? If not, how can we include it?
Thanks a lot
saved my life, thank youuuuuuuu
Which chapter is Capital budgeting?
Perhaps it has been explained in other video or is some sort of rule of thumbs. But, how did you got NPV LEASING of -$468,736? I am not really good solving these puzzles. Would you be kind to give me the formula for it? Also, I have been looking for your addressed video on CAPITAL BUDGETING, not lucky yet
What is the PVCCA formula?
Could you please tell if there is any formula for NPVCCA when there is no salvage value
You are truly great! :)
What happens to the NAL when a Purchase option is available at the end of term?
why u dont show the formulas !!!?
how did you get di 0.5? at the pvcca
Very good video. I am debating with someone on this topic....regarding the fair value of the equipment being replaced by the new acquisition/lease. What is your perspective on this? Shall the fair value of the old asset (the one being replaced) be deducted from the "investment" amount, as you present it in your video?
I enjoyed the video! Keep it up!
thank you ten much
What does CCA mean?
