Thanks! For one, this video gave me the greatest news: the back pain needs movement (of the right type), especially walking/ moving about. My greatest fear with sudden onset extreme lower back pain yesterday (doing simple tasks), was having my life halted, by not being able to move; fear it would cause damage. I was bed ridden most of yesterday (after advice to rest), & almost could not walk by last night; & i was progressing to that pain/ stiffness again today (despite trying many solutions, including some wrong ones this video mentions, with wrong stretches). But this video got my view straight on this matter, & I even walked a few times with breaks while listening twice & taking notes, & it did indeed help. I'm so thankful for this vital info. Also, I did not realize at 1st glance how extremely valuable the information of this video would be to me, about the nuances of how a healing program can go wrong, what is truly needed, & the right way to go about stretching, vs strengthening, & good vs harmful stretches. And I appreciate the additional videos noted.

What is the best sleeping position? I tend to sleep on my stomach, but my chiropractor said that’s the worst. Please help thank you.
Front can actually be pretty good for the back, but its terrible for the neck - for obvious reasons :) side sleeping is generally best :)
Thanks 🎉🎉🎉

I get the best relief just laying flat on my stomach, allowing my spine to have relief an the natural curve.

Where can we buy a roll back support other than the towel.. and thanks so much for the info that’s what i just needed :)
It's best just to use the towel although if you're talking about one that straps to a chair amazon is a great starting point :)
