You are undoubtedly a great cook! The Biriyani recipes are totally tantalising!! Good cooks and great cooking will never go out of style! Thank you so much for sharing.
i tried this recipe on a sunday before picnic. I was done in like say 45 mins totally and it turned out really really delicious. And so easy!!! Thanks a ton for this wonderful recipe.
this is the finest way to make bombay biryani..i cook its was so tasty and yummmy..i just love the biryani..thank you so much sheba for shareing this with us.
@sfehmi thank you so much...i try it... it was so delicious...i love it and i will cook it over and over again i loooove hot spicy food....mmm...another question i want to try the shan biryani masala receipe..is that will be good too...??
Is the chicken cooked when we layer it with the rice? And btw excellent recipe!! I will surely try it. I also tried your fish curry with dahi, and we loved it!
@dew000 - Use any of your pot cover it well and put it in the oven. Be careful when you take it out, and do not directly put it on a counter else you may burn the counter or table.
I appreciate seeing how you do the basmati rice here. Wow, some people are really critical here. I have lived in different countries and the rice, water, altitude change everything! It takes a little practice. This looks like it will make a more separate, al dente, dryer rice. I have to try this soon because the new shop where I live in France, I want to support them -- specialty food shops do not always survive. Uprated.
well ill say i loved the way your rice was looking.i saw your different types of cooking chicken biryani.i used one of them and trust me everybody loved the biryani.nice work dont let other underestimate you.good job. :)
Hi Sheba, Tried ur recipe yesterday & it ws awesum. I just love u for this . It ws very simple & delicious. All the best to U & keep posting more recipes. Take Care Hun.
Thank you. I thought you meant 2 cups of uncooked rice because 3 cups of uncooked rice is a lot of rice for 1 pound of chicken. Can we used the prepared "biryani masala" that they sell in stores rather than garam masala?
If you plan to use Biryani Masala then you do not want to use anything else. Just follow the instructions on the Biryani Masala box and that is it. If you meant to say Garam Masala available in store. Yes you can use that. Please do not use all the spices that I showed in the video and also the Biryani Masala.
I am in the process of making. It is in Oven now. If nice will cook again. The only problem I had was the cooking of Chicken+Tommatoes+Masala, it took a long time to evaporate the water. more than one hour. How could I do this in 30 minutes?
i like how u cook and i enjoy it too...but why do i feel like ur accent is so wannabe american....why..?? nyways dis dish luks yummmy thanks for postin it ......

yes you can. Simply reduce proportionately. If you are going to use 1.5 cups instead of 2 then reduce every thing by 1/4

Not necessary, just do the way I showed it will come out pretty good.
