Traditional cheese pie, just perfection. Once you try it, you'll be making it all the time

Long ago when I was a little girl I watched my grandmother make this pie with a smile on her face. We all couldn't wait for the pie to be baked and to enjoy every bite, and grandma was happy to see us all together.
Now that I have my own family, I often think of her when I start making the same pie that she used to make for her children.
You will need a little more time to make it, but not every dish can be prepared in 10-15 minutes.
