Tami! First of all, I must say that we LOVE all of the recipe videos!!! You guys are so talented!! I could watch you guys cook delicious dishes in your beautiful kitchen all day long!!! 🌞💯🏆💛
Also, the art show and the golf cart ride with your Dad looked SO fun!!! 🖼️🌞💯
I enjoy collecting art for our Victorian; I commented awhile back on one of your Victorian cleaning videos and explained how we live in one built in 1892. I can't thank you enough for getting us to go to Home Goods for the first time ever earlier this year!! We completely renovated the downstairs bathroom and I was able to find the PERFECT cotton ball holder to go with our Art Deco theme thanks to you!!! You guys are Awesome!! We hope you guys had a great weekend! Thank you for everything! 🙏🙏🙏

Every Oct. my late husband and myself would make up a huge bunch of caramel corn...we always had intentions of sharing...that never happened! HA Also, we would make my famous peanut butter cookies. We had more fun doing this...sure miss him at times.

Your description of the texture is perfect…just crisp toffee shattering goodness. My recipe is very very similar but I use dark brown sugar bc I love that extra flavor

I love making caramel corn. I use air popped popcorn and make the caramel (I use just brown sugar, no karo) on the stove, then toss the popcorn in it in a giant steel bowl and spread it out on a sheet for it to set. I use a candy thermometer so I don't need to bake it. Beats the store-bought stuff for sure!

Yum! Looks pretty easy and kicked up a notch from store bought caramel corn. Love your parchment paper idea and using clips to hold it in place. Very smart. I can't eat popcorn or nuts but I'm happy to make it for the fam! I might make it and ship to my Grand Littles in Georgia.

The recipe I use definitely has you add the nuts once the caramel mix is poured on the popcorn. I make caramel popcorn for all my holiday gifts and every party I go to I get asked to bring it. Growing up it never occurred to me you could buy it bc my grandma always had her homemade out on the counter. The first time I had store bought was in those trio tins from Walmart and that turned me off. Now I’ve found delicious store bought but keep going back to my recipe.

That looks really good. I would probably use peanuts instead of pecans, but that is just a personal preference. I really like the idea of adding the nuts when you add the wet mixture so you are not fighting with mixing it. I am sure this is way better than the boxed/bagged stuff.

My friend's dad used to make this for us when we were younger. My mum (and me, now, as an adult) never did it because of the mess afterwards. BUT it is marvelous!! I prefer normal popcorn, but as an occasional treat this is wonderful. I do always make rice krispie treats for birthday parties though (we do not get them pre made here and it is probably cheaper), so maybe I am being weird. The mess is basically the same. x)

I’m sure it’s fantastic but I will go the extra step and remove un-popped kernels before adding the caramel mixture. My dentist doesn’t need more of my money. Would probably add peanuts too instead of pecans.

It's pretty much identical using roasted nuts. Popcorn has too many tooth breaking kernels
