Steve, FYI, Water Closets are only new in the states. Throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, they are referred to as "The Loo" Outhouses are call Dunnies! lol

Unless it states “direct access” it is always going to mean bridges in my videos. This home has several bridges and goes through the cape harbor marina lock to get to open water. 👍🏻
