In-n-out! Awesome home
You’re right, the in-n-out burgers are AMAZING!
It's great to now have three In-N-Out Burger locations in the Boise area. This native Californian is quite happy about that.
I miss In-N-Out burger, we don't have those here. But, we enjoy Chick-fil-A regularly 🐔
What is the color of cabinets? Is it a sage green or other? Home is beautiful!!!!!
I'm on team In-N-Out Burger. Although I did have Chick-fil-A at an airport one time.
Its called schluder with the tile
I am not sure but i have not seen any drains in any of these beautiful, huge RV garages you have been showing. I hope it is an oversight on my part but i have not heard you guys point it out either so something tells me that there aren’t any drains because i think if there were drains it would definitely be pointed out. Again i hope i am wrong and there are drains because there are even hot and cold hose bibs in the garage but if there isn’t a drain it would be a real pain to wash a car never mind a 40 foot RV, such a pain i do not think you would be washing any vehicles in the garage. I currently live in the state of New Jersey and the cost of property taxes on a home like this on an acre of land with these huge garages would probably be at least $25,000 a year and believe me I am being extremely conservative about the taxes. Back to the drains though, what a shame if there were no drains and you couldn’t take advantage of being able to wash your vehicles in the winter. Aside from the drains in the garage my only other concern would be living next to a large farm like this one should there be any concern as far as the fertilization used on the farm should there be any concerns as far as all those chemicals saturating the ground soil and the runoff of said chemicals especially if the water is well water. If anyone can help with these questions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
Theres restrictions because of Septic and local codes but a lot of people add them in after closing. We see them in a lot of older homes...
The bigger concern is that farmer will eventually sell out and u will have nothing but houses there. I love this late out. I always try in my mind what will it look like in 10 years😅
Possibly some day! It's 3 generations of family farmers and all 3 say they are there to stay... So, I could see it possibly happening 20+ years down the road
