Took My 9 yo to their last concert in México city and was absolutely amazed how everone respected because of her size. In other concerts people don't care, they just push You around ando jump allá over yo. Truely amazing
They were highlighting Floor, but this one bring something a little different. Most reactors do not catch the unique vocal style Floor brings to the chorus? Marko actually takes the main lead vocal melody on the chorus. Floor does the support vocal. Listen again and you will discover another vocal color the Queen is able to bring! It is the syncopation beats you are commenting on liking. I did have an amazing time on May 13th.🤘🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥👍👍
I think this was from the same tour as Wembley and Tampere but they ended up not using these recordings in the concert DVDs but released them on YT later. Did you catch Floor growling? If you listen carefully you can pickup Marko's distinct timbre in the clean vocals and that Floor is doing the deep growls in the chorus. Wembley has a slightly better mix with her growls slightly more prominent. There might be some slight reverb on the oohs and ahhs but she mostly achieves that spooky effect by singing slightly off pitch. You can hear the difference in teh middle where sho goes on pitch and then back to off pitch right before the call section. To hear her growls more clearly try Disdain live at GrasPop or Wild Card live at Bloodstockf rom her previous band ReVamp. Saw them live last Saturday in Boston. Magical and amazing experience. The last several songs are just so emotional and uplifting you come away transformed.

I actually caught it the first time but I just couldn’t belive what my ears were telling me. So I had to rewind the choruses a fee times before I could accept the truth. If you want to hear it more clearly and at the same time get a taste of her vocal acrobatics you should check out a somg called “face your demons” from her solo concert. It’s a song done by one of the earlier bands she was with called “After Forever.

Yes Floor was doing the growl but to be honest it was not very loud so it is easily missed. I missed it. I do not think it is something that Floor is comfortable with since I think that is the only song she do some growling. I personally do not like growling unfortunately. I would like to appreciate Jinjer, etc. but I cannot😪
Floor is not uncomfortable with growling. Lol. Check her other nands, especially reverb. Thomas has never had a singer who broke . he also isn't really a fan in general of the style.
4 voices. I don't think this demonstrates all Floor's vocal abilities. What it DOES do is showcase the 4th voice you didn't even realise was her, if you heard it at all - the growl. You get a greater range of vocals in for example, Slaying the Dreamer or Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean. For me, my No 1 favourite Nightwish song demonstrates the widest range of her abilities in a single song, and that is TPATP, so looking forward to it when you have genned up on the background.

Tx for the reaction, i think after so many reactions on this song we can conclude that at least 95% of the non vocal coaches/teachers do not recognize its Floor doing all the growling what is very disappointing for the fans to see. I would propose to put in the recommendation watch Floor doing Growls and to Vocal Coaches/Teachers and real musicians just a hint (so we can also separate the real vocal coaches and the fake ones lol)
