Hello Slashly. Although the Wembley performance was great, I love this intimate setting with the crowd right up against the band and hanging out of the rafters on board the Baltic Princess Nightwish Cruise 2015. The whole show was fun including the unofficial acoustic show that Marko and Troy put together with special guest stars Kai Hahto on percussion and Floor doing a couple of songs with them. Yes, in this particular performance, all the harsh growls were Floor on every chorus while Marko sings clean. Fun reaction as always.

Yes. That was indeed the sweet, sweet, angelic voice of the Valkyrie Goddess handling the death growls while Marco sang melodiously alongside her in the chorus. (All of them) (As I'm sure a million Nightwish fans have already told you) Listen to the Wembley 2015 performance. The sound is much better, and the camera work is better, so not only is it easier to separate Floor and Marco's voice, you can see the mouth shapes better. Always kills me when people do the Cruise version because you KNOW they're going to miss it, whereas if they do the Wembley version, there's a much better chance they'll catch it.

When I first started listening to Nightwish (2019), I had not seen the video, I realized it one day when I picked out Marko's voice as singing, and I was pretty sure it wasn't Troy. So off to TH-cam I went to finally watch the video, and was I blown away to see that it was Floor. At least in my opinion, Wild Card is one of the best demonstrations of how rapidly and drastically Floor can switch styles. The only one who growls in this song is Floor! Unfortunately, it can't be heard quite as well in this recording. I really hope that you also will have the opportunity to experience Nightwish on a live stage.
It could be seen if you actually watch. She's doing this to get people to watch her stream. You can see that she's only looking at her chat, giggling and shaking her tits, like all girl streamers do. She wasn't watching the song much at all.
That's the point -- a true growl, like a bass voice should not be heard, but fill in spaces or gaps higher-pitched sounds leave in the overall sound. And this performance is just as balanced as Wacken 2013.

The live wembley performance you can here it better. I do recommend Revamp - Disdain live at grasspop - you can really hear Floor go all out. No excuses
Yeah Floor is the one growling in this one, but don't feel bad everyone automatically thinks it is Marko doing it until they really listen to it closely. She does a little bit of growling in a handful of other songs, for example during the pre-chorus in Ghost River in Wacken.

The live wembley performance you can here it better. I do recommend Revamp - Disdain live at grasspop - you can really hear Floor go all out. No excuses
You should really check out Nightwish's song The Poet and the Pendulum. It's a real roller-coaster ride.
Yeah Floor is the one growling in this one, but don't feel bad everyone automatically thinks it is Marko doing it until they really listen to it closely. Plus this version isn't the best one to notice, the Wembley version you can notice better because of the sound quality. Great reaction though :). Glad you are enjoying your Nightwish journey.

Yes, that was Floor doing the growls. You can hear it a little better on the Wembley arena show version. Wow, what a way to wake up Ash! Epic windmilling and head banging. This one is directed at all of those internet trolls who never have anything positive to add to the commentary.
