I think that whether a pattern is size inclusive or not depends on the actual measurements range, not just the number of sizes! But usually if there are 8-9 sizes, its probably a decently large size range. I'm currently knitting up a top with 10 graded sizes and a bust range of 28"-66"!

I liked the last blouse, haven’t seen a neckline like that and yes it is cable on the neckline
