A very good presentation. In the colour correction in Davinci, what changes did you make? Its come out very, very well. Have you tested this camcorder for shooting outdoor during dusk time, say 6-6.30 pm? whats the ideal gain for such outdoor low light situations.
I usually limits my gain maximum up to 24dB because I felt that 24 will be the last usable gain for this camera....if the subject is still dark then I prefer to unable the built in light to have the perfect shot....

Hi ! Great content as always. Between Sony NX-80 and Panasonic Cx-7, which one do you suggest for better overall performance ? Like feature wise and quality wise ? Use case will be for youtube content and recording of small scall events and live streaming. Both of these cameras come with in-built streaming capability. Any advice is greatly appreciated !
Bigger sensor will produce better low light image...don't know much about NX-80 but I guess it has 1 inch sensor...so for overall usage sony will be good...but I love the specs cx7 offers...so I guess it's a win win for both....but final call would be yours as per your needs...

1. Sony nx80 can shoot 4k at 30fps max while cx7 can shoot 4k at 60fps max....
2. Nx80 has larger sensor which is suitable for low light shooting.
3. Nx80 has super slow motion up to 960fps while cx7 can shoot up to 120fps.
4. Nx80 has slightly lesser optical zoom compare to 25-600mm equivalent zoom in cx7.
5. Cx7 has great battery backup.....around 3-4 hours on a single battery....
6. The last is pricing.....nx80 is costlier than cx7...

bro while rendering on a adobe prem pro, the output is very noisy and out of focus. Facing huge trouble to edit mp4, mov or anyother format out of cx7
What settings you were using while shooting ? What was the gain ? And how was the lighting ?
@@TechnoArtFilms ev was +1, f3.2 and light was ample f led in wall. But with Godox 150 too I had same result. I have sony a 7 3 too but its output is out of the world. The screen shows good output but mov when rendered to 1080p or 4k result was not at all good.

Depends on your budget....cx7 is a professional camcorder and v785 is a consumer product....but I still prefer to prioritise budget in the first place

Hi. what about the low light capability of this cam.?? full wide f1.7, full tele f 4 right? I think aperture cannot open to f1.7 in full zoom. you didn't mention anything about aperture control and many other things also.
Variable aperture through the entire zoom range means the same.....higher the zoom higher the aperture......means you get f1.8 at 25mm and f4 at 600mm zoom.....you can't expect wonders in low light, because it has 1/2.5" sensor.....but it's quite good compare to others in the same segment......I hope you get your answer....

Yes....3.5mm mics comes with stereo output..... replicate the single channel to the stereo.....so ultimately uses both the channel....

You should try renting the Panasonic AG-CX7 and why am I saying this ? Because while filming sports, your camera should need to have the great zooming capacity, and here you get the maximum zooming 25mm-600mm (equivalent to full frame sensor), plus you have face tracking and subject tracking focus, and good formats to shoot on......and to shoot some clips on the ground in cinematic style, you can prefer Mirrorless cameras like Fujifilm X-T4 or Panasonic GH5.

In live streaming our club cricket people want full view of zooming in and out so I take your recommendation and go for it.

Cx7 and cx-8 are the newer generation of that same 1500 and 2000 which were released before.....they have tweaked some settings and make the newer models with built-in LED light over the top
