That model condo is well built with a modern look in ideal location. under $200,000 USD, it isn’t a bad price tags, especially in comparison to an equivalent US luxurious condominium: on the flip side though with that amount of money one can purchase a single family home on the suburbia of the ADDIS ABEBA, but it might be less desirable location. Most people don’t get it why Ethiopia doesn’t allow foreigners to buy properties. In poor countries with weak economy and money to allow the rich countries (individuals) to take advantage of the strong currency is not in the countries best interest . Let they invest on manufacture industries where the locals can profit . If they buy apartment and houses to rent , then the locals will not able to pay the price . Kenya is the best example how the locals are deprived from the economy and the foreigners control the country’s economy and as result of this the politics of the country is on the hand of few individuals.let the people of the country get access on the economy first as it is in Germany , Japan , France Sweden or any other developed countries.

I believe that is where the material was imported from. From their history and location they would have closer relations with the middle east and nearby regions. Beyonce been there and they hardly knew who or what she was about. From the price it appears that they are catering to upscale clients.
@@randyg4571 That was before the age of social media, nowadays a lot of Ethiopians know American celebs.
@@randyg4571 It’s still sad. We have all of our own resources yet we can’t manufacture or sell our own ish!! So we sit on her glorifying the “others” who sold it to us!! Wake up Ethiopia/Africa!! He was better off giving general descriptions of the appliances. No need to shout out those who basically rob us of our own ish and then sell it bk at 10+ the rate. Like we need their validation? Just goes to show our mindset of, if “others” made it, then it must be great🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🙏🏾
European products are preferred in Ethiopia as oppose to China since the Chinese don't send their best to Africa.
@@mamokilo why Ethiopian can´t do it ?
BEAUTIFUL LUXURY APARTMENT IN ETHIOPIA
I hate to say this but engineers in Ethiopia play with the land so badly...its a life long investment for the country and the people yet some of them seems to be very tight so small. Even the master bedroom is not spacious at all as what a master bedroom should be. 😔
No washer and dryer connections it is a nice place I love the cabinet tree has got that glossiness on it ...
In Ethiopia if you can afford to live in this kind of place, you have services to wash your clothes and other average person do at home.
Thanks our brother for showing the real Africa Ethiopia 🇪🇹👍👍
This is nice
Thanks For Sharing
Please come back again we Love you 🙏❤🙏
3 Years 2019 i bought, for my Konso son, long story, one 3 bedroom 125 sq meter in Ayat for $110,-
Transportation to center is a disaster. Less airpollution. Still miss Gerjie, where i rented before.
I was gonna say dat first room is sad but the more i think about it it's probably for a serategna [in house keeper]
Mr. complain!
@Hewan Adamm oop i thought he said main room.
155 square meter is 1670 square feet
Wow my country ethiopia 🇪🇹continues.....
Great intro..
Thanks for sharing man keep it up
it costs 14 milion Birr... i bought one there about 3 months back
Really? 14 million? Does it have 24/7 running water and generator?
Wow my Ethiopia 🇪🇹 😍
Ethiopia land of origin
c'est beau c'est mon pays natal , frome french , one love Ethiopia

One Love Motherland 🌍 ETHIOPIA
Lovely. Very luxurious. Thank you for showing it. 💕❤️🌟🌻👄.
So most of the buildings are either owned by Ethiopians or rich people.
Ethiopians
Thank you for sharing
But, Please do video on Ethiopian alphabet and literature. The greatest lie against Africa was that no writings existed before colonialism. Ethiopian literature is The oldest is the world and still used in Ethiopia today.

Married to ethopian or $10 Million USD networth in order buy a house/land in Ethiopia. Those requirements sends a LOUD message to the African Americans/ADOS/FBA looking to move to Africa. This is NoBlack2Ethiopia !!!!
@@irenedavo3768 Stevie Wonder, Teddy Riley and Dave Chapelle moving to Africa, maybe they'll consider Ethiopia over Ghana. I doubt it.
@@7Louise7 Stevie Wonder already chose Ghana 🇬🇭 Teddy Riley chose Rwanda 🇷🇼 and Dave Chapelle just hangs out in South Africa 🇿🇦
It prevents exploitation. Go look at all the other African nations that allow private freeholde ownership for foreign nationals.
Yeah Ethiopia is not an easy place to move to. Back in the 90s when I was there foreigners were not allowed to own anything
The last Ethiopian Emperor gave land to African Americans in Shashamane. But no African Americans relocated to Shashamane so the people of Jamaica took the land meant for AA but no harm cause AA never came.
May God bless Africa!
Wow that awsome bro
That my homie Ethiopia
I know that you met them. Honestly, what do you think about the Unapologetic Nomads? Michelle, Erin and Ayla?
Thank you a lot bro.much love
I've never been to Ethiopian the land of my Ethiopian cousins one day I'll Salute you from Somalia.
Very nice but not child friendly and those bars can be easily climbed over. This is a safety issue I hope will be addressed. Also the balcony outside. way to low I see health and safety issues also no fire alarms in the house. Where is the fire exit in the house to leave the building in emergency
Exactly and ethiopians have rushed in to buy it just because Turkish company built it.
@@werqzeleke2815 what he just mentioned here are minor adjustments which can be taken care of by the house owner itself. Plus why u applaud that much for what he just said? The sales man said the finishing materials are imported from Turkey, he didn't say Turkey company built it. You yourself rush over for bullshit.
Love it
Almost 200.000 k ain't da bad Mennn ..as for me I ain't living in a flat after lived in the flat all ma life in Europe ..HAHA NA SA NAAA..EE. my fine house will be in Massawa yep ...

This is beautiful! I wonder how much it cost if I stay for 1 months.
He gave you a nice tour but you are a little intimidating to him especially on camera. Some of the questions you are asking him should not be asked on camera
I just learned about your channel through a friend. Thank you for all the information on Africa!🥰🖤🤎
