I happened to travel the state of Kerala recently. True to the description of God's own country, wherever I went, I found every village, every remote place, every city, every temple and every building is so amazing!
The solar powered Kochi airport caught my eye!
Cochin International Airport known as COK Airport is located 25 km from Kochi city center.
It is the first fully solar powered airport in the world.
Cochin International Airport is the first airport in India to be built and operated under the public-private partnership model. It is owned by Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL), a public limited company formed by the Government of Kerala, Non-Resident Indians and other investors.

Sorry for the unpopular opinion! The airport's interiors look dated and dark! Does the airport actually have shops inside? Because in the beginning of the video, I saw products displayed randomly just like any other Indian street shop! It's clean and solar powered though, so kudos for that! Since Kochi is the big city of Kerala and has a metro and now a water metro too, I thought the airport would be stunning! Apologies to those people who would be hurt reading this!

Dear Madam, this is the domestic terminal shown in the video built in 1998. We have a very modern and big international terminal T3 opened few years back as well. CIAL also has a dedicated Business jet terminal as well inspite of the other two.
