We are very happy to share this first video of Mozart's "Serenata Notturna" with you! We hope you enjoy it like we did and have a good time watching. Looking forward to your comments and 👍 Yours Bremer Barockorchester
Dear friends in Bremer Barockorchester, this is clearly one of your most enjoyable recodings. I was sad to miss this concert due to a travel. But watching this video I am fully with you. This is happiness pure - a great orchestra with a brilliant soloist - and the rest is a joyride to all parties involved! Please share this wherever you can!
Very innovative orchestral layout in placing the tympani, which have an atypically important part, front and center in the ensemble. An audience-pleaser which gives the tympanist some stage focus which he rarely gets in music of this time period. Good move!
It’s great to see the musicians having such fun playing the Mozart ‘Night Music,’ with Ryo’s short and sweet cadenzas - I think the audience should be standing in appreciation of this wonderful interpretation of Mozart - it’s great to enjoy this so far away in , Sydney - Australia.
You are really messing up my trivia games. I try to listen to music while playing games. But I can't play my games because I have to watch you great musicians play.
Are those baroque instruments??? That's a reverse great idea. Normally, baroque music is played alla classique. Actually, this took a different path. So great!
They switched to 'Mozart bows' from their usual baroque bows; considered a transition between baroque bows and the modern standardized hatchet-head style.
