I think there should be DORA supervision over eContracts. According to DORA the listing broker has the responsibility for the complete file and CTM says the broker who writes the document has ownership of the document. If the selling broker deletes or makes the document not "viewable by other broker" the listing broker does not have a complete file. I also think there should be a Realtor committee to advise CTM. I have put both of these items on the "wish list" many times and do not seem to be getting any results
