I really like this method of achieving "the rose" because it's simple, effective and looks just as good as the more complicated versions.

That was pretty sweet and simple. I've tried both ways, creating a cup with my hand. Then stuffing the square into the cup and twisting the outer perimeter of the square with my opposite hand creating the rose. I found your method much easier with more detail. Brilliant!!!
