I tip my hat to you, sir!!! I was a LMT for 15 yrs before attending college for physical therapy. I worked with many chiropractors & have enormous respect for what they do & still go see one I used to work for. But you, sir, have such a thorough & creative approach to what you do, I'm very impressed. 👏 So rewarding & such a thrill to see such dramatic results in such a short period of time. (And without surgery, drugs or several expensive treatments = BRAVO!!!)
He needs regular movement in all those joints to get blood flow moving. I had a few neck injuries over years, not moving due to pain is why it's only starting to heal now.
In the case of Hyperkyphosis patients, have you considered starting with the shoulder release and then balancing the hips, before performing the cervical adjustments. Also, before adjusting the Hyperkyphosis, after the cervical adjustments, attempting to release the rib-cage, sternum and clavicle in order to give the Thoracic a space to move during the Hyperkyphosis adjustment. Finally the thoracic-lumber and Y-strap. See Brett Binder's 'Chiropractic Medicine' channel episodes for examples of what I'm describing as sternum/clavicle adjustments (v0DC0zta0xQ, YBw2FVNbxEE, f5_bYtf1q0Y), and rib-adjustments with Ksenia (hLRnDHp6Ki8)

How do you prevent this? My husband is showing signs of this starting... he was born with extremely flat feet. I dont know if that contributed to it by his hips are starting to show signs of problems and forsure i can see the hump stsrting to form. What can he do doc to prevent this?
Something I noticed is testing their core strength. If you have them sit knees out and the. lay back without using their hands u could tell that if they lift their legs they can’t activate their core because something in the spine is shooting pain.
Richtig gut wenn man eine Anamnese macht und dabei alle Sachen an lässt, da weiß man gleich wo die Probleme sind. Nach 5 Minuten Vibration sind alle Muskeln entspannt. Einfach nur ein Metzger am Werk. 😂
Am I the only one that is not liking the wrist microphones? We are now hearing the rubbing of the hands and arms more than the sounds of the patient, and it’s not helping the cracks be any clearer than regular microphones. I have seen a couple of chiros using this new microphone. I even felt the sound of the fabric even covered the true sound of the crack
There's so many hand-held massaging devices, some with heat & adjustable speed (of vibration) I had one once that had infared light + heat & adjustable speed. (Infared light is AMAZING, btw. No heat, so it won't make inflammation worse & you'll feel almost nothing except better mobility & pain relief + faster healing) Anyway, try looking at websites that sell medical supplies for physical therapy & chiropractors. You'll find so many cool gadgets. You might have to do research on how to use them.
The mic on the hand is def way too annoying when you are sliding and pushing. It was good in thought but it sounds like your hanging out the camera while going 40mph

I think it's a Graston tool.. Manual manipulation of the muscles and tissues, gets the blood flowing to the bad areas, breaks up the fascia and bad/sore parts. The red is just from the friction and some say it beings the bad blood to the surface. I had that used on me in 2010, I wish my current chiro had it. My physical therapy place introduced me to that Graston tool. Very helpful device when used properly like in this video.
My understanding is that the bruising is from toxins being released as muscle and fascia (connective tissue) are manipulated. Better orientation of bodily structures to reduce pain?
The qua sha helps break down scar tissue release muscle tension and help to promote blood flow to the treated area. The bruising actually goes away within a day or 2
@@Mcarriere2010 To shorten both: No it’s does not release toxins, that’s a myth. What it actually does it another way to massage muscles, the red and bruising is intended to get blood flow moving and promote healing. This method falls under pseudoscience which can benefit or worsen a person, it varies person to person.
Deep tissue massage draws blood to the area, improving circulation and building more blood flow than before. Same reason people get horrifying facials for healthier skin after looking like a zombie for weeks.
If your spine fused all the way at adulthood we wouldn’t be able to tie our shoes. Ask anyone who has had their lower spine medically fused. Some areas fuse over your development (otherwise we would all still have soft spots etc)
May God ease his struggle.

What causes that?
That new mic position makes it, so you hear all of the scratching and brushing up against the Mike. It was much before you started doing this.😊

He needs a hydraulic press!
😂
Or a steamroller.😊
Just kidding, I have hyperkyphosis too, less than this gentleman, I say to myself if this kind of machine could care this hump!
Yes I agree, a cantilever machine with a firm cushioned pad that you can move around to localise treatment would also be good! 😊
Have you noticed how Joe has no diploma posted on the wall but his TH-cam gold award is prominently displayed?
😂
Wow. Finally someone in true need versus some DD “shorts barely cover her cheeks” being used for clicks.
Amaging work. I'd recommend the patients to wear sports wear without shoes.

No

Why must the back be red? With this tool?
It’s breaking tiny blood vessels as he scrapes
His bones are likely shaped into the kyphosis so it might be a permanent problem for him

Computers, games, phones, short family you always have to look down upon maybe. Too small a car, too small of a desk, etc

People with humps like these do not need a chiropractor because they can not be fixed🙈
К сожалению это так

He needs surgery or something heavy and hydraulic to flatten that out
