What actually happened was both parties were a bit sauced, and her boat was driving without lights and his boat turned in to hers; both parties settled everything as both were at fault in one way or another. Then she puts on the crocodile tears and he took the blame for it and left the force since financially he’s already doing well. Turns out he’s actually a real good dude.
