I saw episode 1 and I was very impressed with the inspections the x-rays and the auditing of the inspections by this state. This is family has safety First for the Assembly of the ferris wheel And they really care
Wow! I don’t think the average person realizes how much work goes into putting these rides up and down. As well as the hours that go into assuring everything works properly and is safe. Thank you for what you do.
There used to be 3 carnivals a year came through my hometown. I'm 64 now but, I used to help setup and tear down in my teens. Things sure are easier to setup than in the 70's. Sometimes I could run a game for the duration. It was an experience I will never forget. Meet some really interesting people. Great video folks.
I love everything about carnival rides, and this channel is just so wonderful. Husband, Wife, Kids, Small Business, they get to travel as a family. This is literally the American Dream they are living and I am so happy for them!!!
It does not look like a "dream" life to me! Sleeping in hotels, being months on the road during carnival season, living out of suitcases, hard work assembling and disassembling heavy machinery, long hours running the machines during the carnival, etc. I think its not a life for everyone. If they are happy living that life then I am happy for them to be doing what they want. I also can't even begin to imagine how they got the millions of dollars that these massive machines and big rigs cost.
Nice video. But wish you could get the audio more consistent through the video. would make it easier to hear. Especially for us older guys with some hearing issues. I have watched the Luna-Park Rides company video on this ride, probably at least 6 times in the last year or so. I think it is an extremely clever design and beautifully engineered. Simplicity itself. Loads all onto one trailer and is easy for a crew of just 2 to set up and take down. An awful lot of thinking went into the procedure for set up and take down, to make it appeal to small operators. The portable winch is an awesome idea and timesaver. This ride is also a good size for a business like yours to use. Big enough to make it a nice attraction. Yet small enough to make it easy to move around often. Looks like just what you needed. Sure looks like a great enterprise to be doing as a family. I am jealous. Enjoy yourselves folks.
Like your videos, but you REALLY need to invest in wireless mics. DJI makes the best inexpensive wireless set IMO. You can't be heard unless you pump the volume up, then the music is way too loud. Keep em' coming though!
G'day from the UK. I've watched a few of your TH-cam videos 👍. I noticed from several of the videos, that you seem to have a lot of issues with rental generators in the different places you are setting up the rides. Would it make life easier & certainly less stressful, if you have your own generators? I don't know the feasibility of that, but I'm sure it would cause a lot less stress & headaches for you. Especially when you're running to tight time schedules.
I wonder what George Ferris would say about this machine compared to his original invention... Aloy of changes over the past centurey maybe or basicaly the same...
Do you have your own generator for your rides, or is the organization you provide the rides to responsible for providing a generator for you? I remember when I was a kid, the same amusement company that had rides, concessions and games had enclosed semi trailers with huge generators that provided all the amusement company's power, from rides to the 110-220 volts needed for the game and food trailers. They were completely self sufficient and didn't need shore power, I guess so they wouldn't have a situation where the location didn't meet their power requirements.
very interesting, but please turn down musuc. I want to hear you explai n your ooperation, not too loud musuc. Used to watch these crews as a kid when the county fair came to town. amazing process.
I think this ride is very nice. I saw you climbing to the main frame wheel and remember myself having to help woth that a few times. You said you were in Arkansas, do you ever come to Missouri?
We are careful to hook the phases correctly, but you never know when a generator may be wired backward. The hydraulic pump for the leveling jacks comes on first and lets us know if we have a phase issue, so the drive motors have never been phased incorrectly.
@@bigroundwheelamusements4985 They are a bit rare, but they do have panel mount phase rotation meters, if you wanted to add one like your voltage meter. Maybe for your other rides.

wow, never knew how these monsters rigged up. Eye opening, engineering marvels indeed. Your set up team is a work of art!

Great video! Awesome family run operation! I love Ferris Wheels, Carousels, and Coasters!

ALL Hands On Deck. Great Job setting up this Very Fun Ride for Families with Kids of ALL Ages. 👍🙏
❤the very "Best" all the time..music is stellar!😊
Fascinating process. Wish the voices were as loud as the music.
Great video, very interesting. This guy is going to give the stereo typical carnie a good name.
Thanks for taking time to show this
Something i learned when the diamond plate deck is wet throw a handfull of sand across the deck for added traction
Your hard work makes people happy
I wanted to run away with a carnival when I was 12, it wasn't till I was almost 40, I went with a show, did 2 years. I sure do miss it
Wow! That’s an incredibly well designed ride. Also stunning to look at when assembled. Great video!!

i am building a theme park out of lego and your youtube channel is very helpful and awesome great job keep up the good work
Thank you. We hope to be putting together some more videos very soon as our busy season is approaching
The track is so beautiful! I really enjoyed your video.
thank you so much for your good content!!
Great video. Stunning looking ride. Amazing how it all unpacks from one trailer, very clever engineering!🎠🇦🇺👍
I hope i can have one of those..ferris wheel here in the philippines
I like this company it is family owned and operated
Great video.
I know this wheel is not very old however I can tell it is taken care off.
Now a video taking it apart 😂
labor intensive beyond what i thought. i hope you make money for all your efforts and expense.
Make a video setup de Round up and the paratrooper
Please consider taking the music out or in parts where they're explaining something on camera

They could install solar panels on top of those bonnets
@@johnmcgill4864 that is a great thought! We are in fact in the process of making this ferris wheel solar! stay tuned!
Wait a minute I found this ferris Wheel in a CARNIVAL

A lot of work setting up that wheel.
Stand either side to use your body weight to put the pins in 😮😮

European trailer in the us how cool
Hope profit margin is lucrative.
Need a new video of this ride with out music so we can hear you :)
great work--love watching--but your music is really obnoxious.
I found the audio to be quite messy.
So who made the ride?
how well do the rides take reverse phasing on the 3 phase? Do you have a phasing meter, or just test a motor?
We are careful to hook the phases correctly, but you never know when a generator may be wired backward. The hydraulic pump for the leveling jacks comes on first and lets us know if we have a phase issue, so the drive motors have never been phased incorrectly.

No need to join a gym just be carnie
0:00 city escape Be Like
Is that a Luna Ride wheel? :D
Yes I think it is. The seats on this wheel look the same as Luna Park's model
that's a Luna Park ride
Thanks for thinking about people's safety and thanks for not doing meth...
Real life transformers
turn off the music please
cant hear anything over the music
Horrible music makes it very difficult to hear what the guy is trying to say
Would be better without music
Music made it unwatchable
I think the “big round wheel” has a name btw
Good video. You could have either the music out. I worked for a carnival company in 2001. It's long hours and exhausting
@@adamwilliams6103 Lol, i feel bad for you but atleast its over!
I helped set up rides for caravel when I was younger nothing that big
Einfach den Aufbau zeigen ohne so viel Gelaber.
Lose the dippy 'music's so we can just enjoy the setup.
Can't hear what he saying. Cause you have the music playing
