I think there's a mistake with Arkhangelsk, the Oblast doesn't just include the island, it also has a large chunk where 1 million people in mainland Russia which actually has a population. Not being rude just wanted to let you know

Buryatia and Tuva is closely related to Mongol Khalkha ethnic group, which makes em Mongolian. They should be a part of Mongolia or Independent. So China shouldn’t take any of it. Otherwise Mongolia will almost completely surrounded by China. Ik It’s unrealistic please do some research.

Wtfuck with Arkhangelsk (why it took only Novaya Zemlya without actually Arkhangelsk and most part of oblast.
Jewish autonomic oblast has only less than 1% of Jews, because they all are migrated to Levant in 90-s and must be a part of Khabarovskaya oblast, but there are a lot of bureaucratic problems.
Caucasian Republics are must be independent in their federation, also Idel-ural (pre-ural Republics) maybe with neighbor regions. Kursk and Voronezh oblasts are much closer to ukraine and should be parts of it. Tyva is Russophobic region and it will be independent state. Nizhniy Novgorod should be another one center of Russia. And how do you imagine USSR only of 1 Republic, which also lives less, than million peoples
