行政書士にも「相続問題専門」とか専門分野を持ってる人が少なくないです。逆に専門分野以外はあまり..というところもあります
そこで、『「在留資格」を専門に扱う行政書士』を選び直してはいかがですか？
僕も学生時代、この行政書士を目指していしました、その頃に聞いた話だと（実際の行政書士の知り合いいわく、）英語が話せたり外国語に強い行政書士さんもいらっしゃるそうです。

go get a freaking lawyer and after filing the right papers in Accounting or Finance or your expert y. do not go for special visa.. go for the direct work visa for japan!! they have that too and you won't get rejected.. don't go for special visa!!

I'm really sorry to hear that you've got rejected on your application once. I've had a tricky and nervous moment to immigrate lately as well by applying my spouse VISA since I've already had YMS once years ago unlike Shogoさん. I do feel your situation well and how gutting it is when things don't go straightforward. I really wish you'll find better solution and staying together.

今は無事に配偶者ビザを取得出来たけど、私も外国人の旦那の在留資格を取得するのにすごく苦労しました。
旦那は私と結婚する前に行政書士に依頼して就労ビザ申請をしたのですが2度も却下されてしまい帰国しなければいけない状況だったことがあります。なのでお二人の気持ちが痛いほどわかります。大袈裟かもしれませんが、まるで余命を宣告されたように毎日悲しくて焦りと不安で精神的に参ってしまいますよね。
私たちもビザの期間がわずかで急を要していたので、行政書士ではなく弁護士に在留資格の申請を依頼しました。専門の弁護士の方が責任を持って対応してくれますよ！是非、在留資格取得を専門でやっている弁護士さんに相談してみてください。応援してます！

I’m sorry to hear that ! My French wife and I,Japanese, had a same problem a few years back ! We were not ready to get married as well, so in order to buy some time, we applied to working holiday Visa in Canada and got it. That was awesome experience for both of us to build a strong fondation of our relationship without any help from family or friends. I hope everything will work out 🤞

今、外国人の入国が厳しい中でALTが不足しています。メルさんならネイティブなのですぐ採用されると思います。NOVAでもパートタイムでvisa申請してくれますから。ひとまず会社に入ってワーキング取るのが一番簡単なのではと思いました。

Mel, I feel you. I had a similar situation last year. I’m an international student from Japan and want to find a job in the US. My visa application also has been rejected and I had to leave the country within 2 weeks. I’ve been living in the US for 6 years as an international student and have tons of stuff here. I couldn’t leave the US within 2 weeks like car, house, bank account. I got depressed so bad because I’ve prepared to work in the US, like I got a degree and license for a work. I totally agree with your opinion “I was like getting kicked out of home” Like your situation, sometimes the visa issue ruins our relationship and dream. I know you’re really sad moments right now but you have really sweet boyfriend and everything goes well soon even you went back to England temporary. Hang in there! Thank you for reminding me how happy I was born in Japan and I’m glad you love my country.

My husband and I were in a tricky situation as well. I’m Belgian, he is Japanese and because of the pandemic we couldn’t see each other. I had the same dream as you about getting married but in the end we had to rush so I could finally be with him in Japan.
We ended up getting engaged after getting legally married and we are planning to have a wedding ceremony in Belgium and in Japan later ! It’s different from my dream but it’s unique and in the end I’m very happy about it !
Whatever you guys decide to do, I truly hope everything is going to be okay for you ! 😊

Another alternative albeit troublesome, is to leave for a couple days and return on tourist visa. I can feel for you though. 💕🥰

2年前コロナが発生してから日本政府の水際対策をずっと追ってきました。
日本に留学や就職しに来たいと思っている外国人に対して、何の科学的根拠もなく、解除の基準も示さず、待たせ続けた2年間。
2年もあって行政は何をしてたんだと。仕方ない、は通り越したと思います。
日本に好感を持って日本を選んでくれた人たちに、この仕打ちは本当に申し訳ないです。

i truly didn’t know applying for visas was that hard. i thought normally anyone could get a visa within like 1-2 months unless it’s a criminal person. I usually get my travel visas like within 3-4 weeks normally if without the pandemic situation.

私の外国人の友人も、専門学校卒業前に就職先も決まったのに就労ビザが取れず、申請3回目で9ヶ月かかって国外退去ギリギリでやっと許可されました。
行政書士にも専門分野があるので、就労ビザを専門でやってて数に実績のある行政書士法人に依頼するといいですよ。
普段建設業許可申請とかしかやってない個人行政書士だとビザ関連はかなり高度で未知の分野です。
試験科目にも出ないので、経験を積んでる行政書士じゃないとはっきり言ってイロハのイもわかりません。
就労ビザに精通した行政書士法人に依頼した上で、次はどの就労ビザで再申請するか戦略を立ててもらった方がいいですね。
個人で申請するのはやめたほうがいいと思います。
管理局はかなり厳密なので、単語1つ不備があるだけで補正からまたさらに何ヶ月も待たされます。。。

Trying to get VISA is no joke! My husband and I are adopting and we are having to jump thru hoops to bring an orphan into the country. I can't imagine how much more difficult it is for an adult. Best of luck!
I’ve been watching your channel for a long time, but I don’t think I’ve ever commented until now. I lived in Japan for almost 3 years. My first year I was under a student visa, but after that I started working as an ALT in Japanese elementary schools. The visa process of switching from student visa to instructor visa was extremely painless because the company essentially prepares all the documents for you and applies for your visa on your behalf. I know this isn’t an ideal situation because you guys are pursuing your TH-cam career, but it may be something to look into! I believe English conversation schools also prepares all the visa documents for their instructors. I hope this can help in some way. Rooting for both of you!

I completely understand you... I had a very similar experience, that counselor changed all my plans, my whole life went to a different path... I had everything that they asked for, still I got rejected... but don't worry... after the whole experience, now I can see there was a reason for me to come back home... AND the sun still rises... yes... anything went as planned, but also you'll get a new horizon, new challenges... at the end, you'll be fine. :)

I am so sorry that this has happened to you both. I wish you both the best and hope that everything gets sorted out. The only advice I can give is don't give up. I am an Aussie so we have similar processes about engagement and marriage as what there is in England and I know that taking those steps are important, but Meru, Shogo is your home. I wouldn't think of it as giving up on your dream, signing a piece of paper doesn't take away from the fact that you can have those steps, signing a piece of paper(while technically married in Japan) make it stand for your engagement, have an engagement party. Then later on have that beautiful wedding you wish for. I know it is not how you would of exactly pictured it, but you both could make it work together and make it what you want. Keep your chin up Meru, you are a beautiful strong woman, you got this. Shogo stay strong. 💜💚

We had the same experience when Take applied for his Visa in Switzerland and we eventually married much earlier than we’ve both expected. But it was definitely the right decision.

もう、どうしようもない時は、結婚して日本の配偶者ビザ取る→同時にしょうごさんがYMSビザに挑戦し続ける→YMSビザ取れたら2人で渡英→数年イギリスで働いてスパウスビザ取る。これはどうすか？
あと気持ちは分かりますが、ビザ取れなかったから、出て行け！なんて日本はそんな国じゃないですよ！ドンと構えていいと思います。気持ちは分かりますけどね。笑

In my life I met love twice with a foreigner, each time we had to marry fast to be able to stay together. The first time with a first foreigner, we divorced without children after 3 years like a lot of couples do. But the second time with another foreign guy (another nationality), well, we're still happily married after a Round-The-World year trip, 18 years of sharing everything and 3 kids together ! So I don't have any regret any of my 2 marriages at all : they were both worth it ! Life is short ! Seize the day ! Love you guys and good luck 🤞😘❣️

I was in the same situation around four years ago, and i married my boyfriend at the time.i know that marrying to get a visa sounds bad, but if you're in an international relationship i thing is the best way to stay together. we are happily married and it was the best decision i ever made. you can always have a wedding later. if you marry in the city hall in japan, it doesn't feel like you're getting married at all. they didn't even said to us おめでとうございます。 they just gave us the documents and it took us a while to realize we we're married🤣🤣.

Why wait to get married. If you both love each other then do it now and have happiness every day. Have another wedding in UK later. The future is now today. Life is too short. We have all seen this with Covid. My Japanese daughter in law married my son here in Australia in a registry office first then we went to Japan later for a traditional Japanese wedding. How many people get to say how much they love each other with two weddings! I wish you both so much luck with everything. 💕

It took me 18 months to get green card/permanent resident in the us!! By the time, I have an interview in the immigration, I was 9 month pregnant lol. Now, it’s been 7 years and we have two wonderful kids💓

My husband is British and I’m Japanese. My dream was the exact same as yours about marriage. We were apart pretty much the whole dating period going to each other’s country back and fourth. I had to give up my dream on the flow of marriage and do it a Japanese way so we can spend more time together. I don’t regret it in a way by being close to my husband earlier but I do still feel I wish everything happened like I’d wanted to be even though it wasn’t possible in our case, especially with Covid. ショーゴさん、探して切り抜けてください。Maybe, maybe this is best opportunity to get married with Shogo, Meru. The Sequence is opposite but this is good chance to be together. This is another side of truth, I think. But the visa application is denied. That’s so disgusting.

The key phrase to take from all of this is when immigration says “this isn’t the correct type of Visa for you” Before applying people please do your research heavily before applying for a visa.
