Walter, I have to thank you so much! God bless you and your family! I know coffee is bad for us, but from time to time, I just find some excuse to have that cup of coffee... now I know I can say to God "it is hard for me, dear Lord, I see I cannot manage it on my own, but I want to serve You and I want to be clean" THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH FOR THIS MESSAGE!

I’ve just realised that for over 30 years I had a hatred of religion and God for personal reasons. But, I became vegan about seven years ago, I noticed a change in my mind. It felt calmer, lighter. I don’t know how to explain it, but it was noticeable. I’ve been finding my way back to God for about 5 years. It’s been slow as I’ve made bad decisions on where to worship. But it just dawned on me that my change in diet and desire to find God might be related. I drink a lot of tea, I’ve tried to stop in the past as I feel better not having it, but each time I fail. After hearing this discussion, I’m going to pray this time for Gods help to do it and keep it up. Thank you both for these wonderful discussions.

I'm glad God made to begin study in the world with different subjects.
Your articulate way of teaching the word of God , tells me that when you were still in the world He was actually setting you up for the teaching by He the Holy Spirit.
I found God in jail, I've never been to school but how the Holy Spirit teaches me and how easily I fathom the elegant truths of God. Thank you Veith

Thank you Walter! Your teachings brought me to the Truth and to Adventism. I studied Messianic Judaism and learned the truths about how our so called holidays are nothing more than evil pagan days. But there were many errors in their other teachings. Your teachings completely fill in the gaps where their errors created voids. Especially the true Sabbath and the beast powers. You are truly a blessing to me and my family and many who now understand these truths. God bless you and I can't wait to meet you in Heaven.

But I also don’t want to displease God. Please pray for me. I thought we could eat and drink anything before listening to this. @@allisonfrances7130(From Jon's wife) No. I've learned that they use many chemicals in order to decaffeinated the coffee beans. It's best to give up coffee all together. I know the struggle. GOD let us know that He wanted us to give up coffee about a year ago (2021). We've substituted it with another beverage made from roasted barley, roasted chicory, and roasted rye. Transformed from a strong meat eater into a simple vegan is a great decision i made few months ago. Although it is not easy become a vegan in the middle of my society, but i'm trying my best and exercise my mindset as a simple vegan.
It's fascinating to see some changes in myself, physically and spiritually.
Clearer mind, yes this is true. Many new ideas and understanding popped up suddenly from nowhere.
Calmer temperaments, yes this is also true. I feel much harder to be provoked on the road when i was driving; also in a emergency situation i reacted faster and keep my coolness.
My body weight is gradually decreasing, without have to feel hungry. Even i could break my plateau period, that i tried so hard before with long fasting but without any good result.
My blood pressure is steady as a rock, and my heart BPM also improving greatly (lower and steady) when i did my routine morning speed walks.
I feel freedom of food idolatry. No more chasing this food or that dish to satisfy my cravings, eating is now become a simple regular activity as breathing.
Thank you again Prof. Veith, your series: "Life at It's Best" really lays a good knowledge as a foundation for those who really want to make a transformation regarding their diet as part of healthy lifestyle.

I'm so addicted to coffee. At one point i had totally quit for about one year. The best part was the tight connection I felt with the Lord. When I started drinking coffee again. There was an obvious disconnect/separation that happened. It changed everything. Even my prayer life was destroyed.
Now I drink 2 cups 3 times a day! I'm so addicted, more than ever in my life! It's like a curse now.
Only God can help me but I just cannot find the courage and ambition to even try to quit.
Coffee is a drug that hurts the mind, body and spirit connection with The Lord.
God have mercy on us. Teach us, guide us. Forgives and heal us. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Thank you Dear Walter and Dear Martin ... yes it has been very hard to stop eating meat ... bacon !!! It's no surprise that one of the first animals the Bible states not to eat ... the devil would make that animal the favor for humans to crave ... the smell can start a person to want to eat it. I have decided to stop eating all meats ... loved that chicken!!!! but even though I still want to eat meat ... I stop and ask the Holy Spirit to help me not purchase any. Now listening to what you both have said in this video I fully understand why we must change our eating habits to be able to go to heaven when Our Savior comes to take us home. Oh I have even stopped drinking the 1 cup of coffee each morning for a good while now and I even got rid of the coffee pot, so I'm not tempted. Praise God !

Walter. Been watching you for about a year and I have learned so much and believe you are one of the best and most awoken preacher that I've encountered in my life. You also peruse the truth as well as the fruits of the spirit. However, what you stated at 23:00 is not the only part of the bible which exclusively talks about the foods we can and cannot eat which were formerly unclean. As it is written in Romans 14:
"14 1 Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person's faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. 3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand. 5 One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. 6 Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord. Whoever eats meat does so to the Lord, for they give thanks to God; and whoever abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. 7 For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. 8 If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. 9 For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living. "

I was eating a vegan diet before i came over the bible and Jesus found me, because of health-reasons that many non-christians also supports, especially from the indian/ayruvedic teachings. It works, no flesh/dairy/eggs in the diet i mean, not the ayruvedic teachings...even tough it contains many truths, like: everything starts in the stomach and spreads from there, no matter what condition. It made my transition into a biblical diet much easier, because i was already deep down the rabbit-hole of plant-based food. When i read the bible and then looked at the "christian" world, i was amazed on how little they focuses on being healthy and living free from sickness, which is essential for being a good person and being able to help others. How can we help others if we need the help all the time, being sick ? So when i found out that the SDA preached a health-message i was glad there is someone out there that dares speak out about the most important issue for this fallen world: food. It is their holy cow, every other show on tv is about food. The mainstream church don´t dare to touch the subject in fear off loosing numbers.
Also, to the people that think flesh-eating is biblical should consider this: flesh requires death, and there is no death in the new earth and new heaven because he has defeated it. So why not get used to it now before it goes into live mode ? Why stick with death-based food if you don´t need it ? That was one of the most important things with the cross, defeating death...without it his grace means nothing... what good does it do us if we are forgiven of our sins just to die anyways? After reading ecclesiastes once again, i can see Solomons anguish over death, that nothing matters because everyone dies, "everything is futile" he laments. He was missing Jesus Christ and his work on the cross to get the full picture, he is the way out! With Jesus Christ in Solomons(or one of Davids sons) knowledge Ecclesiastes would be a totally different book :)
Peace and thanks for the show!

Fish used to be very safe and beneficial to health. Most fish contain toxins like mercury. It is dangerous to consume to much fish. Fish is generally not considered a meat. I don't know why.
Some vegetarians will consume fish on occasion.
Jesus fed the 5000 fish and bread.

The Health cry is back to the original but if we talk about going back to the original what else should we be taking back to original. Or are we to take anything back to original. The doctrine added was not Gods word. I ask not as an internet troll but as someone who would like to learn and grow. Walter himself had questions I find I do as well. I find the teachings so far as I’ve listened to be quite accurate and based in The Word but there are many false churches. The added doctrine and putting words in Gods mouth in some ensamples given greatly disturbs. Praying on this. Appreciate any guidance on this. 😊❤️🙏🏻

Walter Veith ....i love you so much as a brother in Christ and pray always for your safety....you look so much healthier and younger in blues, greens, greys and purples but not in white, beige or browns. As a presenter i think the colours of your shirts and suits are important ...also i think your lovely wife would look healthier in lighter hair...i don"t know if she is naturally grey yet but grey would make her look younger and soften her face rather than black or dark hair now at her age. Please see this as helpful info not negative.Give my love to your wife and we would love to hear from her more.OH and i am a female using my husbands account.

My thoughts on the wine Jesus made from water, being" NOT ALCOHOLIC "
Consider, that in the Greek manuscripts in John 2 it reads it made them intoxicated.
Consider, the fermentation process separates all the garbage and trash from the pureness of the fermented grapes.
    Something to think about.

Hello Martin Smith from Louisiana (USA, 2nd beast of Rev.) You and Walter work very well together, truly a powerful ministry. I would like to thank all the contributors behind the scenes at AD Africa working for the glory of God.
I have linked you to professor James Tour of Rice University in Houston. Tour was scientist of the year, 700 published works, 130 patents in NanoTech, 4 PHD's etc., etc., his resume is online. He is a Jewish man that professes Jesus Christ and a scientist that openly challenges evolution, though not quite like Walter. If ever two minds should meet, it would be these two professors. Check out a minute or two of the video and see if you don't agree.

I know a lady that drank coffee for years but during one 5 yr period drank several cups a day. Years later she has tremors that need medication to control and low circulation of blood in her brain all the time that leads to strokes, dementia, loss of decsion making ability as time goes on. I believe all this is due to coffee drinking for years and especially during the 5 yr period. Science may show that as the etiology at some point. All this may not be due to normal aging.

I especially was drawn to the text of Ellen White on the people of Israel during their time in the wilderness when they a lot of time to think, meditate, and contemplate God and what they had all witnessed in their release from bondage from Egypt and then Mt. Sinai. Then they lusted for the flesh of animals and God brought them plagues because of there 'unsanctified' hearts and unbelief and lusts. Those who were content on the Manna from heaven, and took this time of "pause" in the wilderness to reflect on the things of God and what He had done for them. And sought to hear of further revelations from God during the quietude of the wilderness. I think we can all relate this time during the corona virus outbreak and home isolation as similar to 'a time in the wilderness' to purge our hearts from sins, reflect on God's leading in the past, and pray for further revelations for our future as time is very short before the "time of trouble" begins. Are we going to be like those in the wilderness who grew tired and bored, inattentive, and soon became unruly and sinful again? Especially was this the case of the "mixed multitude", who had not taken the time to walk closely with the Lord and establish their faith greatly making every waking hour a bonding with Christ. Such a wonderful typology for our time such as this and the COVID 19. Let us be like those who stood fast, used their time wisely, not murmuring and backbiting and finding fault, but using every available moment studying the word, memorizing texts, praying for the Holy Spirit fervently and seeking an ever closer walk with the Lord that we might be more ready when He calls us to the front lines in the 'loud cry' to do battle against the giants of our time.

I have a question on the topic of going back to the orginal in the Garden of Eden. Jesus says we will not marry or be given in marriage in heaven.
    Matthew 22:30 KJVS
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
If we go back to the original as we were meant to be at creation than why is marriage excluded. Didn't Adam and Eve marry or the offspring get married?

    Word for today.
    1st Timothy
    Chapter 6:7-12
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses...
    Amen.
    Isaiah 54-17
God's word for his people who believe ..
[17] No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD...
    JESUS Matthew 6:33-34
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble..
    Amen .🙂

Yes the scapegoat is Satan. Those whose sins are not dealt with in the sanctuary service have to bear their own sins. So in the end Satan gets the saved’s sins and the wicked get their own on their own heads.

Those who presume to think that the law of God has been done away, and that it no longer exists, have set up an imperfect standard of their own. Measuring themselves by their own finite standard, they pronounce themselves pure and perfect. Satan has just such a standard, by which he declares that he is righteous; but these false standards cannot compare with God's unerring standard of righteousness. No one who has an appreciation of the verity of the law of God will claim an exalted character for himself. Our true position, and the only one in which there is any safety, is that of repentance and confession of sins before God. Feeling that we are sinners, we shall have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is able to pardon transgression, and impute unto us righteousness. When the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord, then the sins of the repentant soul who received the grace of Christ and has overcome through the blood of the Lamb, will be removed from the records of heaven, and will be placed upon Satan, the scapegoat, the originator of sin, and be remembered no more against him forever. The sins of the overcomers will be blotted out of the books of record, but their names will be retained on the book of life. The True Witness says, “He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.” When the conflict of life is ended, when the armor is laid off at the feet of Jesus, when the saints of God are glorified, then and then only will it be safe to claim that we are saved and sinless. True sanctification will not lead any human being to pronounce himself holy, sinless, and perfect. Let the Lord proclaim the truth of your character.
John declares, “If we say th

Walter Vieth says at 14:40 that just before the flood the climate was absolutely prefect--not quite, just after Adam and Eve sinned there were extremes of heat and cold, and EGW says that God made them coats from the skins of animals to protect them from this:
" In humility and unutterable sadness they bade farewell to their beautiful home and went forth to dwell upon the earth, where rested the curse of sin. The atmosphere, once so mild and uniform in temperature, was now subject to marked changes, and the Lord mercifully provided them with a garment of skins as a protection from the extremes of heat and cold" [PP P.62].
It's true that it had not rained before the flood, but that's about it.

Hello i hope someone can give me a bit of advise. So i turned vegan about a year ago and i am facing harsh opposition from outside as well and what is even more painful from inside my "christian" family. I did never stop believing or better said knowing that this is 100% right in respect to the animals. But i have a question that boggles me. Is my lifestyle and the christian fundamentals of love i represent with it a first world luxury? Am i living a illusion by choosing a way that is not right or possible? I do not feel like going back to eating meat or dairy. It even turned out that i am abhorrently disgusted when i see meat being cooked. The process of learning to substitute your food is also very interesting and it even made me a more compassionate person. About my Family. I am really trying to tell them that we should do what we can to make the world better. Not to be just bystanders and wait until the pending judgement day which will nullify all attempts of bettering the world.
Is it impossible or wrong to think that we as a human race have the ability and in my opinion the task to take care of our beatiful planet and help it to get better? Im sorry for any confusion also i am not a native english speaker.

People tend to be offended when others are vegan. It makes them feel they are inferior.
From what I have experienced, vegetarianism (allow for some dairy and egg product) is more socially acceptable. Veganism is usually compared to strict fanaticism. Many times vegans of the world use their diet as a cult like mentality. Veganism intimidates others and can be very off putting.
This is what I observed. I am mainly around vegetarians. We usually eat a lot of vegan foods but never let it get to the point where we check e verything to see if it's vegan. As long as there are no meats and unclean animal we are happy. Always pray over your food. Study the health message and nutrition to help explain your choice of diet.
God bless you and your family in the name of Jesus Christ.

    hi prof.. one question again...
genesis 1: 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed
    herb bearing seed for man
    green herb for animal
genesis 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
    genesis 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
herb of the field(barley, wheat, etc) after fall
herb of the field like barley wheat and rice is not for human before sin. because read genesi 2:5 it not grew in the field
Gen 9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
    green herb (after flood) -
green herb is given for man after flood. and green herb bearing seed is different with green herb..

What’s wrong with wine? Wasn’t Noah instructed to plant a vineyard once he found dry land to do so? Isn’t the second prayer of the candle lighting ceremony for Shabbat the celebration of the fruit of the vine, so there is wine? Didn’t Jesus turn water to wine at a wedding ceremony? I’m confused.
