Without exaggeration, your videos are amazing coz they are very informative for those who are interested to move to NYC .
Thank you so much for giving us some insight on the crazy NYC appartment market 💗🤯
It was interesting to see apartments that were comparable. For me, the proximity to the subway and to a Trader Joe's would be high on my list. Also, an elevator (or just one flight to climb) and in-building laundry would be important. I agree with you about Murphy beds, and because I'm very single, space for a single bed would work for me. I did like the one you thought was best. A very informative video!
thank you for sharing !
Wow finally a good video with reasonable prices thank you so much
This is a great video, thank you!! Though I’m still contemplating between Brooklyn and NYC 🙏
Thank you so much for making videos like this I have been living in nyc my whole life and I’m 16 I’m planing on moving in 3 years and sometimes I worry because I’m not in a good space mentally where I live because of my mom, and rent is so high and because the only 19 year olds I see that move to Manhattan are rich girls living in high rise and no one makes videos of apartments like this so for a long time I worried that I may not be able to move out or live in a good neighborhood and your videos really make me feel better and stay positive and feel like although nyc is expensive it is still doable and I can move out at 19.
Such an interesting and informative video!
whoever it may concern, jst want to tell i lived in a studio apartment for 10 months provided by my employer at The aldyn. There some studio aprtmnts, 1 bd,2bd, are reserved for organizations as they pay for that space yearly. But, people like me who comes for stay for a short term dont usually comes in large no. coz of which living space is mostly vacant. So, you guys can go and discuss it with the Manager i suppose and they will give you the space in much less price as they are already getting money from companies. 3 days prior me leaving for me country i was told the same by the supervisor of that floor that my place is rented out to someone. So, you guys can try this if you want its a good place to live.
i'm in love w your accent!
please do this kind of videos more..its very informative
Great video!
I'm a sucker for beautiful Tudor City...it's an oasis within Manhattan (looked at a few apartments there myself way back), but the apartments there are tiny tiny.
Hey Urvi! Thank you for doing these videos. I am a student and will be moving to NYC in the next few months and was wondering if you could do one in the queens area. Thanks!

I really appreciate your videos. I have a remote job, I am saving to offer one years rent and moving July 1st!

Thank you for sharing. I'm currently in a 3rd floor walk-up which after a year of lugging groceries up the steps... I'm over it 🙄🤣😂. And yes, I love the windowed bathroom!!
