@@TommyJordanRE You're welcome, Tommy. Thank YOU for making your very helpful videos. My husband and I are planning to vacation in the Palm Springs area the first two weeks in January. We live in Baltimore in a beautiful high rise condo with killer views of the city and the harbor. We love it and our three adult daughters live a drivable distance from us here on the east coast. But we dream of having a second home in a warm weather place. I have a hunch that we're going to love it in the Palm Springs area. I'm already started to study mid-century modern architecture in the area and we are going to spend some of our time at the film festival. We've also gotten tickets to see David Foster at the Maccallum Theater on our last night there. All three of these activities fit our interests like hand to glove.

LOL isn't the trash service funny? They literally go to the back of your yard and take your trash out for you. When you drive around Indian Wells you will never see trash cans on the street. Yes, that's in all areas of IW, I think IW is calling your name 😆hope you're doing well!
