Man dude! No shit right! This was an awesome addition to any home. Wow! We have no where near this amount of space in Japan! So jelly of my American brethren! hahahahaha
Awesome book that gives you step-by-step photos th-cam.com/users/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt and directions to make every day project. I can see myself making a few of these projects and giving them as housewarming and holiday gifts!
I have watched a lot of videos over the years for rehabs, new construction, makeovers and DIY and this is by far the best time lapse outdoor build I have ever seen. Congratulations to you, your crew and AV and editing staff for that matter. This is a gallery worthy show stopper. If I have anyone needing this level of professional work done in the Philly/South Jersey area, I am sending them your way. This is the kind of outdoor living spaces everyone craves down here in Texas.
Incredibly beautiful work. Pro tip for your guys at 13:45 (ladder was 'walking' and right side could've come off scaffolding). We solve this by sticking a piece of rebar through one of the hollow step tubes to keep it from sliding horizontally. Keep doing your thing and pushing out awesome time lapses!
If the first thing that comes to my mind is price I can't afford it , but I can afford to watch and be amazed at the elite construction skills of this crew
I thought the way they made those angles for the waterfall boards was unique. Something I have not seen nor thought of. I wonder if it's their own ingenuity or if the deck board manufacturer actually recommends doing it like that. Either way, very cool to see new techniques for building.
Wish I could find people who are excellent at their construction work and pay this much attention to detail in this part of the country. I live in Nigeria by the way. Great work guys
This is simply stunning! Such brilliant craftsmen, we would struggle here in the UK to find a company with such high standards of finish and your solid work ethics.
Man I could cry watching the result of all this hard work. This is the most beautiful backyard I’ve seen in quite a long time of searching for ideas on what to do with my backyard. One question though, those contrasted pieces of wood on the steps…. Why aren’t they mitered?
We think it looks better aesthetically. Plus, these deck boards move very very little, but we find that even if they move the slightest bit then both miters no longer line up and we can't have that!
An amazing deck as always! sadly enough in the Netherlands we do it completely different. Thats why i watch every video, just so i can learn from y'all. Ty for sharing dis content.
Loved this series,in the UK we would get in serious trouble if we used the ladder set up you did for the inside of the roof we have to use scaffold tower and harness 😂
IDK what that cost, but I have had some contractors give me crazy bids for work before, but usually the work product and price quoted are not aligned. I can now say I have seen work, skill level, and care that deserves a premium price tag. That's quality work and professionalism!
Fancy deck design!☑✅☑✅☑✅ Excellent teamwork and collaboration! I thought you were building another house onto the old house.😃😃😃 I loved the precision cutting on the tiles and planks. It looks like there is a retractable wall closure system for those occasions of inclement weather. I found the playlist with the to-do tasks, btw.
Love this, I’m currently trying to get my electrical contractor license because I fell in love with the trade. But my end goal is to make money with that company to start a construction company, to do custom builds like this 👌🏼 this kind of stuff just gets me excited 😆 😂
Wow! That was an amazing transformation. My only critique would be ignoring some kind of structure over the Bbq. As an avid sizzler myself I use my bbq year round. In fact I have recently purchased a house behind ours that I intend to turn into a garage and garden/ bbq area with a second deck for whisky and cigars at sunset with an uninterrupted view to the setting sun and Mt Fuji. But I digress. It’ll all be covered so I can do my thang despite the weather. 🤘🏻🥃
I hope you don't take this as a criticism because I don't mind the layout, but how come your team did a spilt level deck? Were they not going to work at the same height was it just aesthetics? I just wish you had a bigger landing on the first step coming out of the tv area or a small platform at the same height build some drainage into the decking boards to get excess water away. It just seems like if they are carrying something opening the door and instantly stepping on a narrow step vs a platform its more of a trip hazard risk. Again, beautiful job 👏 just thought I'd ask.
Bravo, 25 years owning my own construction company, even with it sped up, I can tell that you care about what you are doing. Good to see.
Thanks so much Brian!! We definitely take pride in what we do

@@THEpremieroutdoor - what’s a contact number for you?
@@THEpremieroutdoor Tell me you travel to WV. Love your work.
I sped it up 2X, and these guys were moving like worker ants. 😆😆😆

I just saw that, got nervous watching it. Great tip.
That is an amazing project. Awesome work. I get the feeling that the project was around 200K, if not more.
It is so nice to see things done the right way, with attention to detail and absolutely 0 shortcuts! Well done.
Wow! You all create a whole new outdoor living space that can’t be beat!
If the first thing that comes to my mind is price I can't afford it , but I can afford to watch and be amazed at the elite construction skills of this crew
You can afford it.
@@aleiterfulWhat's the cost of a project like this?
@@marufruma has to be at least $200k USD
@@dbarless sounds insane, in some places $200k would be the total cost of a two story house with premium materials and complete furnishing.
Your team looks proper good at what they do. Wish I worked for a company that were world class in their profession.
i really appreciate that!!
The teamwork and collaboration shows.💯
The workmanship is absolutely stunning. Congrats to everyone on your team. I so wish every contractor in the country did quality work like this.
Wow!
Thanks so much man!! Appreciate that!!
This transformation is actually insane. Outstanding work!
thanks so much!!
Just incredible..my fave project yet! Great work guys and gal!
Thanks a lot Anton!!
I think my favorite part is all that clear space below the countertop and the waterfall deck boards going up the edge of it. 👌🏼
You have the eye of a builder my friend, one of my favorite parts too, so simple but I love how it turned out
I thought the way they made those angles for the waterfall boards was unique. Something I have not seen nor thought of. I wonder if it's their own ingenuity or if the deck board manufacturer actually recommends doing it like that. Either way, very cool to see new techniques for building.
it is really amazing how different the work, constructions and materials are compared to germany. The result looks really great!
These guys are the real deal.
Watched the whole thing... didn't fast forward at all. It was mesmerizing. The precision and dedication --- holy cow great job!
On n'a pas cela en Europe, très beau, beau travail.

glad you liked the video!!
That is stunning. Can imagine having football parties every Sunday

well done sir. You can see the time and effort put in to make sure it's done correctly. I was so surprised at the end a pool didn't go in too :)
Thanks man! Maybe that's the families next project! Ha!
Wow, phenomenal before and after! Quality work and beautiful job!
Thanks Jessica!!
I could watch this all day…great work
Thanks James!!
This is landscape inspo!!! Amazing! Do you post what something like this could cost?
one word: satisfaction !
🙌🏻
what a great space, good job
That's meticulous, impressive, & gorgeous handiwork. If only the house matched the level of the new outdoor design build.🥴 Imagine...🤭
The attachment does look modernistic... new age.
Next you should redo the whole house bit by bit to match the new patio kind of area. It would look amazing.
hahah maybe on the next one!!
@@THEpremieroutdoor - I think the entire house looks amazing. It was very well constructed to match the original. Bravo.
Thanks for showing us this amazing Deck for us that have one! 😅

Absolutely incredible work. You and your team are wizards.
The deck/patio/porch seems to be built and look better than the house!
Wow! What a difference the addition made to an otherwise boring backyard!
Thanks so much!!
C'est très joli cet aménagement extérieur 💖💖😍😍! Bravo et merci les mecs 👍💕💕
Great job. As an aside I am shocked at how few days of sunshine there were during construction.
Now this is DOPE! Great work gents.
Thanks Buddy!
Great design and execution!
Awesome job! Totally changed the character of the house. I wonder how much this project cost the owner.
Locked in for justice!
You know the deal Stu!!

How Can Someone Be So Perfect 🤩
Another Dope Project
mind blowing like fr literally speech less
Looks so good, it looks like its rendered.
I’ll take that as a compliment!!
Wow so beautiful ❤️
Looks brilliant nice job guys
Pro tip: when shooting between 5-0.5 second intervals, play slow music to contrast the fast time lapse effect for a better result.
That’s a great tip! You must be a videographer lol, we’ll try that on our next time lapse video!
Great work!
Fantastic music! Love the transformation 👏 ❤😊
Absolutely beautiful

It’s fun to see how things are built different around the world, I’m glad you like watching how we build!!
Wow is that what happens when everyone actually works. Worth every dollar.

It came out amazing!! How long did the whole build take?
That build is cool. Best part is you replaced the nasty astro turf with real grass. 😉👍
Thanks buddy!

GREAT JOB. Where are you guys located?
So many lights . Is ok if you are constantly going onto the lawn area ??!!
Was this planned out via computer ahead of time or did someone draw this up? Very impressive
