It took me a while to learn just how to make use of water as a source of fuel primarily because of capitalism mixing with science cause people to not ask the right questions. I found what I was looking for by carefully going over photosynthesis asking some very different questions. The first question I asked seems to have never been asked before directly and that question was, "How does a plant break the bonds of the water molecules?" The answer to this question was something unexpected as I figured someone else would have figured this out by now, but after running many searches I found that no one had ever asked that question let alone answered it. I ended up asking a original question and didn't even know it. What capitalism did was cause those who where studying how plants work to figure out how a plant made electricity from the sun which technology they then used to create solar cells so that they could put current flow onto the electrical grid system and get paid as a result. Just follow the money. This cause them to totally glass over how the plant actually broke the bonds of the water molecules as that was not what they were interested in.
Now what I found was the final step a plant makes to break the bonds of the water molecules is to take away the electrons from the atoms that make up the water molecules as it is that act that breaks the bonds of the water molecules. So, I started asking more questions like, "How many ways do we know of to get the electrons away from their atoms?" After finding the answers to that question I then looked out into nature to see if I could find this new and unheard of way to go about breaking the bonds of the water molecules and found many examples that supported my hypothesis.
Then I took another look at the work of Stanley A Meyer and saw just what he did to make use of water as a source of fuel. Basically what the technology does is mimic the earth's global electric circuit. It breaks the bonds of the water molecules by ionizing the atoms that make up the water molecules getting them to release their electrons and just like with a plant that act causes the water molecules to simply fall apart. Now to be honest not even Meyer fully understood the technology which is why he wanted to build a research center to study the technology further.
So, in short by making use of the scientific method I solved the great mystery of how all life on this planet requires water to survive as it's the hydrogen everything is after and life has some very creative and clever ways at getting at it that are far more efficient than man's electrolysis method. I even have a brand new theory for our science books so that others can see just how it's done.

Water is good source of producing electricity. And every potential energy can be converted into electricity .
