In this video we take a look at the remarkable variety of houses and hobbies to explore in The Villages Florida near Ocala and at Del Webb Spruce Creek Country Club nearby.
We dive into the amazing network of recreation centers, including impressive Eisenhower and dreamy Sea Breeze.
We stop in to see a gemstone club where rocks get polished, a storytelling club, a baton twirling group, and lots of dance events.
Line dancers at the Villages have such a full schedule they have their own website.

We explore Spanish Springs town square which evokes historic towns and beach resorts, Brownwood Paddock Square which has a comfy venue for concerts, Lake Sumpter Landing, and Saw Grass Grove which combines a citrus theme with an entertainment venue, food court, and farm market.
While the Villages is well known for it’s more than 50 golf courses, there are also a few facilities perfect for beginners. I take a swing at the Clifton Cove putting course.

Hi Linda, there are lots of activities such as the storytelling group MANY card game groups, craft groups and purely social groups. I hope that’s helpful. If there are specific activities you are interested in, we could always look at which community is the best fit. Maybe something such as chair exercise? Nice to meet you! Suzanne

Along with chair aerobics they have chair yoga and even quite a few chair volleyball events.

I'd rather fly direct to Orlando from CVG than connect thru ATL out of Lexington. Cody's has very poor quality steaks. Also, The Villages is the STD capital of the USA.
