I will miss you guys. I still remember getting my friends to read the old strengththeory articles and sbd monster articles and talking about it for hours. That was like ... 10 years ago. I just hope to have more writing from Greg once again
I have started following the podcast when there was only Greg and Eric. It gave me a good company during commutes. Thanks for your work and looking forward to following the new content that all of you will bring to the channel. ❤
I'd like to once again congratulate Greg on his impending transition to professional Project M player, and the team on a fun and successful podcast run. I'm very stoked about the Q&A announcement, that rules.
You are an excellent speaker Greg and I enjoyed every minute of listening over the years. I especially loved your sense of humour and your calmness. Thank you so much for all the episodes ! I remember the longs drives listening to you and Eric Wishing you the best for your next adventures
Thank you so much for the thoughtful work that you've put in. You've provided content that I trust and it has changed how I approach fitness. The information you all communicate has been an invaluable tool in my journey.
Kudos to all the guys that have participated in the show this far. Truly The best information out there. I must say When Eric was the frontman, it truly was a life changing part of my journey toward a healthy & chemical-free lifestyle accented by the love for strength training & insatiable desire to learn about health & fitness. If anyone in the SBS band could pass the along to him, that would mean a lot to me. Thank you and Good luck to all of you though.
Wait no fucking way this is the finale? :( i just started watching between the last episode and this one and totally didnt hear that in the last one. I have learned so much by binging. You guys are the goats
I really empathize with the binge eating asker. I have two issues while cutting: * My performance decreases, so I associate eating with increasing my total. It makes me question my original goal of cutting and I lose motivation as a result. * Fatigue induced from training drastically increases my hunger. Working closer to MV than MRV makes it far easier to cut in terms of hunger signaling. For the former point, the only thing that I've found that helps is using GH while cutting, which reduces the amount of strength loss while cutting due to keeping glycogen stores more full while eating fewer carbs.
I just found this podcast a few months ago and found it is my new favorite podcast! Now I need to properly mourn for several weeks. I'll have to get strong using non-scientific methods.
That's cool you guys will still be running Q&A's from time to time! For Q3 why not do both if you're up for the programming headache? Or even experiment with a couple blocks focused on either the stretch or shortened biased positions, perhaps it's one of those things where some people respond more significantly to one or the other. Maybe one or the other will work better temporarily depending on what your "weak link" is in terms of strength or hypertrophy at that time. I tend to think there's some value in changing up the way reps are performed even, like doing them super strict "Jimmy bookworm" style like bald omniman likes to say. As well as with some cheating, and real slow tempos, and quick partials in a bro-ey way. It might be a waste of time but you may also find something that really improves your results

One of my faves. I so rarely comment 😅 but I’ve learned so much over the >2 years I’ve been listening. Thanks!
thank you
