Sad to see you go Greg. You may not enjoy podcasting but you are a very good spoken communicator notwithstanding your preference for written work. Thanks for the last 5 years. If you ever do random podcasts in the future I’ll be listening!
All good things come to an end. Did great work here and improved my science literacy multiple times over. Hope to see you pop up from time to time anyways.
Very sad news! Totally understandable of course but you and Trex got me into podcasts in general with the early episodes of stronger by science. Really enjoyed the mix of the science and your specific kind of banter!
SbS, we hardly knew ye--but we appreciate and will miss you nonetheless. That epic two-parter (or was it a three-parter?) on aspartame was a genuine public service. Should be required viewing/listening.
half of what I know is because of this dude and his crew... Thank you Greg.. (also I'll probably have to boomark the macrofactor page now that you're leaving me......... 😥 leaving US...that's what I meant.....us, I'm not getting emotional YOU'RE getting emotional). Take care bro.. thanks
Thank you for what you've done Greg. I learned a lot from you and Trex and you guys are indirectly behind the success of all my clients. I wish all the best for you in the future.
Oh no... Thank you for everything Greg for this past decade. Can i have a third version of average to sav... SBS programs pls?? Pretty pls? Or anything written. More articles even.
Awww man. Very sad news Greg. Thankful for all the episodes even if you werent super interested. As a guy who wasnt interested, you were great. You and Eric were a seriously great podcast duo.
Bummer about the podcast, but totally understandable. I feel very similarly about my written vs spoken communication. As long as we keep getting articles I think the key information will get across still!
Definitely going to miss the podcasts. I know you don't think you come across well but you've defiantly been my favourite host. I'm going to miss the anecdotes that don't really fit in with your written work. I remember when you said on one episode you were mostly eating meat and fruit. Sure its not what you'd recommend for everyone but its what was working fir you and ticked most the boxes so you were happy with the trade offs. I think bits like that come across so well and really complement the strictly science based content.
I wonder if it’s some part not organ size, but organ use. If you’re eating less, liver literally has less to process. More stuff, liver does more work. So kind of a part of thermic effect of food that’s not completely been taken into account

A shame to lose you. Really appreciate the years of podcasts.

A sincere merci 😁for the valuable information you helped me further understand.
Really great stuff as usual. I will miss your thoughtful voice. Question: how does taking hormones effect the BMR equation for trans people?
The ad game on this video is very strong! Seems like a TH-cam ad is popping up every 4 minutes lol
Great content
Macrofactor seems to be growing well given the dough Nippard is dropping to fund studies and get product placement at the Olympia.

Could feel this coming. Pak and Milo are just a different style….lots of drama.
Nooo!! We'll miss you. Or can I just take over?
