Sound is awesome with the enclosure. The most noise is the vacuum. Great Build 👍🏻

Hey! thanks, the video is amazing! I have pretty much the same setup and was going to build one aswell thanks to this(Def not as well made but im working on it)! I figured id ask because i also have the makita router, would you be willing to send me some of your feeds and speeds you use? I have experimented in fusion but i have had relatively poor results. If you have an tools export for fusion that would be amazing! if not no worries! the video is still great! thanks!

Hi, and thanks for asking. I’m a bit on the cautious side, and I use about 150 speed. Depth per pass is about 1-1.5 mm. Of course it depends heavily on the tools and materials, I always see, listen and rather keep changing the feed rate while in operation. Hope it helps!!

What are the inside dimensions of your box (platform for Masutor Pro) also what interior height dimensions)? Are you happy with the size?

      Sorry for this late response.
Okay... Masuter Pro with Makita router was measured to be 722 x 322 x 633 milimeters by my measurement. I added a few centimeters to the sides, front, back, and top, and resulted in the internal dimension of 782 x 428 x 659 mms.
As you see, the controller should stay outside.
I feel very comfortable with this internal volume after months of usage.

Question for you. I have a new masuter pro, I tried to tighten the screws for the spindle bracket and the spindle is not snug, any suggestions? Thanks

In fact I switched to Makita router right on, so I was never aware of the issue. How about visiting and posting in the Foxalien Facebook group?

Which Makita router did you use and do you plug it into an outlet or the CNC?
