Hi Valentina. Combination of lemon cake and curd and cream cheese frosting turned out to be not bad at all. I think it's better than a buttercream. It's light and not too heavy, pretty well balanced. That was pink salt that I used to wash the lemons, pink salt is pretty common where I'm from. Sorry to confuse you, should have added a caption I guess. I made this cake this morning and it's a bit dense and dry. As the baking powder is 1tsp I will add in 1/2 TSP to let it rise. Taste nice if it's moist. Thanks
