Harley Davidson 2008 Rocker C - fixed seized up fuel pump & new fuel filter

The fuel pump was not running; it turns out it was just a little stuck. I managed to un-seize the fuel pump. The video shows the reassembly with a new fuel filter.

How did you drain your fuel

I held a bucket under the outlet as it was unscrewed.
Removing the tank before draining it would probably be easier.
