Hi, I am putting a question here related to this topic. You guys can use the trick given in the video to solve this and put your answers in the comment section! I will let you know if your answers are correct or not! The question is: Which number divides 3^77 + 1 completely?
In the first case x^n - a^n(n is even)=x+a 2nd x^n-a^n (n is odd)=x+a 3rd x^n-a^n(n is even/odd) then x-a How to find the difference whether I'm seeing the 1st case/3rd case Kindly explain

Mam at last of this lecture in the summary can you please explain me that the 1st one and last one has what type of different because at starting I observed same statement i.e was x^n-a^n in both 1 & 3
To all the people who are confused about (x^n + a^n) is divisible by what when n is even? Then the solution: It is divisible by neither (x-a) nor (x+a).
@@FastandEasyMaths Mam as you said that even numbers we can use both x+a and x-a, But in first case x+a=17 is divisible by 17 it is ok but x-a=15 it is can't divisible by 17

No confusion brother. If its even x+a and if it's odd and minus is there then the rule is x-a. That's it. You have to memorise it
@@whosbehind356 if its odd and minus then still case 2 apply in that case we have to use x+a.
Still not clear. Can anyone explain
@@sunilkumar-wl1nh bro, just to remind you that the 2nd case is

I don't think so because there's no remainder. 17 is completely divisible. Hence the answer is zero.
Mam how to find 3^92×5^45÷11and has remainder?
Thanks sister, this video is very useful
Q) 16^ - 1÷17
Stept 1→ (17-1)^-1÷17
Stept 2 → Cancel 17, So you are left with only (-1)^ - 1
Any number to the power even is even. So 1-1=0
Simple👍
