I honestly don't know why I'm watching this but it's interesting and when you said you put warm water on your head so the hair gets softer I nearly died but then I actually saw the hair when you got to the back of your head. Love your bald head and beard great video👍👍
I use Cremo shaving cream. It's thinner but super slick. I've been using a Gillette Mach 3 Turbo but sometimes I have incurred razor bumps, especially on my neck line. I recently switched to a Gillete Sensor Excel which is a twin blade and I have no issues. I follow up with an Andis electric shaver for a smooth finish. But you're right about that DE safety razor. I've tried it but it's not for me.
@@NateMatthews Yeah, you obviously don't want to dig into your head but you do want to make sure you keep it's angle and keep it moving along. Alot of people take "no pressure" too literally and can't figure out why their DE isn't giving a close shave.
This is fantastic and just in time for me. I've tried all kinds of shaving products and actually prefer the simple cheaper tools because it keeps the focus on the technique. Great tips about short strokes and foam thickness.
I don't put any pressure on my double edge razors, doing this way with short and repeated strokes is the safest way that I found, have been shaving my head for about 3 years now
Good information. When sporting the baldy I normally use the Gillette shaving cream and 3 to 5 blade razor. It gets the job done for me without any problems. I shave in the morning and at night since my hair grows extremely fast. I hate to feel stubble on my scalp. The Bic razor is not a favorite of mine, but it works.
Wheeeww! Twice a day 😲 definitely sounds like a task is get tired of. I shave my head only 2-3 times a week. This razor did a nice job but I still like my safety razor more 👌🏽
Do you use 3x gell with 3blade cartriges? Or is that just coincidence? Would you use a 2in1 gel for a waist blade cartrige. 4in1 gell with a 4blade cartrige ?
Hey man i am shaving my head 2 years in a row against the grain with the same gel and triple razor from gillette .It is pretty cool and after shaving i only use one cream from Nivea (for face body hands ) i think you was show up one time this cream.
That’s crazy. My head look like yours before you started but mine be finished. I can have a clean shave , feel no hair but my head be dark like a I have a fade but I’m your complexion
Just looked em up. This one? amzn.to/2BOOio5 | I see they have a metal one too. Do you do multiple passes? As I showed in the video the first time I shaved it looked fine but I always shave it twice to get any loose hairs I might've missed.
Hello friend! Finish the head shave use astringent Humphreys witch hazel, citrus, cucumber, Lilla! Is the best! Alcool free!is very astringent! O thayers witch hazel! By
That Aftershave Gel Doesn't Work For Me, After I Put It on My After I Shaved I Got Red Marks, So I Cleaned It Up With a Wet Towel and Put My Nivea 5 in 1 Aftershave Lotion and My Head Healed Quickly Lol 🤣
Can’t lie...when you first applied that shaving gel I thought that I was over doing it all this time...then you doubled back for more 😂 yea that gets me all the time either too little or too much. That razor cuts good, but I feel you on the shape of it. If it’s not a straight handle then it’s not as easy to cut the head with a smooth flow. Dope video however. Not sure if I detected some Mr. Bean theme music when you introduced the witch hazel, but it goes so keep it bro. 👍🏾
I thought I was gon get away with that lil squirt ahahah dried up like a raisin in 2 seconds then next time it shot out the can 😂 I thought it would be trickier from the way the handle was shaped but it got the job done 👌🏽

BRDGNG bro!!! I’m glad you brung that up about not having to apply pressure to the razor that’s one of the biggest lies I was told 😂🤣😂
Right! ahah like how the hell is anything gon get cut if you don't press it against your head. As if it's gon magnetize the hairs from hovering 😂😂😂
@@NateMatthews can I use tea treat oil after a shave.luv your channel bro I swear having a bald head is sexy chicks luv it ,do you agree big bro..
I'm thinking of going murder one due to my hair thinning out so your videos are very helpful
Good looking on that cheap shave question questions I noticed you said short strokes even when you shave your head with 5 blade razor
I've been using the BIC Comfort 3 Blade Razor for years with Equate shave gel for sensitive skin. Great smooth shave every time. Great video!
Just picked this razor up the bic comfort 3 sensitive after watching your video and its the best razor I’ve used. Close and comforting

bull6599 have you ever tried Gillette Skinguard?
I agree on the pressure thing with head shaving, I too have to use a small amount of pressure with a DE or else the razor skips and bounces.
Glad you agree 🤘🏽 I'm not sure how the razor would ever cut anything properly if no pressure is used.

True, same here but I have to shave with the Mach 3 3 pack disposable, Ive tried many those work the best for me.

I don't have time for a DE razor. I need a comfortable, close shaving cartridge razor, that's it. Thanks for the review.
A safety razor doesn't really clog and also yes you do need to apply some pressure to shave but it should be a very light touch
Great video Nate!!!!
Sick beard man!
Thanks 😎
Great video bruh lol💯💪🏼
Good looks! Thanks for showing love my guy 💪🏽

i dont even have a beard or a bald head, but i find these videos informative and entertaining. Keep up the good work bruh #salute
Thats love! Thanks for watching 🤘
Maybe some razor blade combos need different pressure amounts. So many variables.
Gillette shave gel and post shave lotion is awesome!!! I use it too.

Bic Comfort 3 Blades only one I use.
For the second shave(the one you did at the end) is it better to go against the grain?
how long does it take to shave and how often do you shave

Bro.. I want to ask something, do you know, how to make after shave oil at home? I don't know how to make it.
Do u recommend the big comfort 3 for head shaving?
What blades do you use in your safety razor?
What’re your thoughts on coconut oil as aftershave?
I actually used to use it and it wasn't bad...

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't pivot... I've used those for my face....
Great video man. Yeah, I need more practice when I shave my head. I had one bad experience and havent tried it again.
Thanks 🤘🏽 keep practicing! What's the hard part for you? Are you cutting yourself; or do you get marks/burns after the shave?
Never shaved my own head with a razor. I am afraid. Help! Any link to amazon to a specific razor and cream?

Have you tried the post-shave serum from Cantu? If you haven't i really suggest it.
I'll have to look it up. Ive actually only used serum in general once from this review: th-cam.com/video/0u--nOcEHZs/w-d-xo.html
I know it hurts, but have you ever considered waxing your head instead of shaving it?
Hello good shave! For my head use headblade moto and headslick. Is Great. Tayers witch hazel is magic
Yeah! I like your style Bro...
I’m new to the bald community unfortunately lol. Dope video though, I used the razors from this video and got a smooth shave
Looks good bro....

dude is mad smart lol
I think if you have been shaving long your skin gets used to it.
That's true. I did a few test where I shaved against the grain. First time I got crazy bumps. After a few more test nothing happened. Smooth ✊🏽

I clicked on your video, for some product info . You seem cool .

Mr. H The Great shaving what,ya face or head?

I shave on a budget myself and i give all my homies haircuts. I shave most my boys like a fade haircut. Barber by hobby
