I see all types of stairs and escalators for people to use. What I don't see is ramps or elevators so that it would easy for someone that is handicapped and in a wheelchair would be able to get around

Hi, Kirei! Thank you for the comment. Much appreciated! 😃 As for the day and time, I went there Sunday afternoon. Saturday-Sunday are the usual days with the most people. The sky is dark already by 6:30-7:00pm, so that’s the perfect time if you want to see the place at night. 😃
