Major Log Splitter Upgrade!

Upgrading a log splitter to cut 4 pieces of firewood at once.

I'm getting ready to make the same mod to mine. My wedge is hollow so I'm going to cut a hole through both sides and have my wedge so it slides out for easy removal. Thanks for posting.

hi there darn good looking weld there ,guess i am kind of old school liken a signal split wedge best for me . takes me about 20-25 mins for a 1/3 cord cut and stacked . looks like it works well for you . good show thanks john

For the smaller logs it worked great. I found it better to just move it one inch to the left or right of the center center wedge.

Thanks for your comment. I had another one just like it and i used it for 14 years. I laugh some times because if this one goes 14 years i might not be around any longer.
