I love this he's so creative with the lyrics and singing on the spot on key and changing the words while doing really good riffs and Valcetto's I just love these guys
Lucky!! This would make my 36th birthday next week!!! Been a fan for 19 years!!! Still have their first album since 2000!! Gary still can sing amazing!! :-)
Thank you Jeffrey Steele for writing such an amazing song. Not dissing rascal flatts at all, but if you've never heard Jeffrey Steele sing this you need to. Same song different taste and both are amazing. Jeffrey Steele isn't some random guy, he is the one who wrote this song as well as what hurts the most.
Hey baby, is that you? Wow, your hair got so long Yeah, yeah, I love it, I really do "Norma Jean", ain't that the song we'd sing in the car? Driving downtown, top down, making the rounds Checking out the bands on Doheeney Avenue Yeah, life throws you curves But you learned to swerve Me, I swung and I missed and the next thing ya know I'm reminiscing Dreaming old dreams, wishing old wishes Like you would be back again I wake up in teardrops that fall down like rain I put on that old song we danced to and then I head off to my job Guess not much has changed Punch the clock, head for home Check the phone, just in case Go to bed, dream of you That's what I'm doing these days Yeah, that's what I'm doing Someone told me after college, you ran off to Vegas You married a rodeo cowboy Wow, that ain't the girl I knew Me, I've been a few places Mostly here and there, once or twice Still sortin' out life, but I'm doing alright Yeah, it's good to see you too Well, hey girl, you're late And those planes, they don't wait But if you ever come back around this sleepy old town Promise me you'll stop in to see an old friend And until then... I wake up in teardrops that fall down like rain I put on that old song we danced to and then I head off to my job Guess not much has changed Punch the clock, head for home Check the phone, just in case Go to bed, dream of you That's what I'm doing these days These days Baby I wake up in teardrops that fall down like rain I put on that old song we danced to and then I head off to my job Guess not much has changed Punch the clock, head for home Check the phone, just in case Go to bed, dream of you That's what I'm doing these... I wake up in teardrops that fall down like rain I put on that old song we danced to and then I wake up in teardrops that fall down like rain I put on that old song we danced to and then I wake up in teardrops that fall down like rain I put on that old song we danced to and then
Awesome video. If you enjoy country music, you might dig my original songs. Mind stopping by my channel and taking a listen?. Check out the video for my song 'Dodged Your Bullet'. Really appreciate it! Thanks.
Sounds great considering they aren’t singing Into a PA system. Probably recorded on a iPhone. Jeffery is good but his voice is average at best and has nothing on gary.
@@shae482 just saying. Listen to the man that wrote the song, sing it. Link is up above. Nothing against Rascal Flatts. Just prefer the man that wrote its version.
@@zachwagner1838 Why didn't you just say that in the first place? You didn't have to go to the extent of ridiculing them for this rendition. Something to the tune of, "I prefer the original", would've sufficed. You know that, objectively, they don't "sound like garbage" at all. If they did, they wouldn't be millionaires off their sound.
I’ve been listening to RF since I was a kid. Always will love them, great band. And the dude can sing!!! Much love
Such a great recording.
I could listen to his beautiful voice all day long
That's a sign of true talent, bands, and singers that can sing live, and sound great without all of the auto tuned crap.
I love this he's so creative with the lyrics and singing on the spot on key and changing the words while doing really good riffs and Valcetto's I just love these guys
Awesome! They played it at the drop of a request and sound flawless. Great vid.
My favorite song by Rascal Flatts :)
mine too
They are the best. And Lonestar.
They need to do it again
Wonderful!
That was amazing
Love the song and they are amazing great guys

I have and I love his version too. His voice just isn't "unique" enough as the Voice would probably put it, but he's a genius writer and creator etc.
Jeffrey Steele is simply awesome.
I’ve heard both. Steele might have talent as a song writer, Rascal Flatts sounded much better performing it. Really not close IMO.
What Hurts The Most!
Perfect!!!
If you can sound great while singing in a bathroom, you’re a star.
LOVE it!♥️
"That's $5". LMFAO!! Amazing and Humble, Gd Life. You guys are awesome!
I'd gladly pay 5 dollars for that performance
Esses caras são fantásticos
Nice vocals 👏🏽
Still the best vocal group, but the Academy needed to spread the love a bit. ;)
