Yes, the Skylark was a subseries of the Roadmaster, and even said "Roadmaster" on the emblem in the trunk lid, but Buick never referred to it as such, it was called only the Buick Skylark. It was one of the three GM's three limited editions for 53, the Cadillac Eldorado, the Buick Skylark, and the Oldsmobile Fiesta. GM called them "Sportscars", even though they were nothing of the sort. You internet types should ask us oldtimers, who were around when these cars were still on the road, and even when they were new, about things auto-related, as all your generation seems to know about is Datsuns and Toyotas, and cell phones and computers.
Your going over the same information multiple times. Perhaps talk about the fact that the 1953 Buick Roadmaster and the 1953 Buick Super both had the V8 nail head engine where 1953 Buick Special had the straight eight as Buick was trying to use up the ones in stock.
The thing that always made no sense to me about Buicks was that they made such great models &;they discontinued them like the Super,Century,Invicta,Wildcat,Centurion,Electra,LeSabre,Riviera,Regal,Skylark,Reatta,Lucerne, & the LaCross!!! Why??? The Roadmaster was a great car!!! It had style, luxury, comfort, good powe, durability & reliability!!! I think G.M squandered too much with all of the divisions & it cost them two other great brands!!! Oldsmobile & Pontiac when Cadillac should have been the first to go!!! Cadillacs were way overpriced & were never any better than a big Buick or Olds from 1970 on!!! Look at the crap GM makes now!!!
Your videos would improve considerably if the commentary was synched with the pictures. The information is good but disorganized and repetitious, making your content irritating to watch. Make an outline and use the pictures to illustrate your points. A little more effort and you'll have a much more appealing product and increase your subscription rate. There is a lot of wasted potential here, and that's a shame.
My favorite car from the year I was born
None were being built when I was born.

The Skylark was NOT a 'subseries' of the Roadmaster and was built on the smaller 'Special' body.
Buick skylark was built on the Roadmaster chassis
This is a great study in no research, combined with thesaurus diarrhea and some pretty pictures. Thanks!
Strange how the photos are so out of sync with the narrative.

Why have a video about Buick Roadmasters and show a Skylark?
Was there any human input in the making of this video at all? The text and reader sound so damned fake.
If so, it was a human who only knows about Datsuns, Toyotas, cell phones, and computers.
It repeated the same words many time over. Although the 53 Roadmaster is an epic vehicle.

Great car, but this seems like a A.I. video.
That was my guess.
