The leveling system is weird in this game In order to advance 1 level, you need to clear a minimum of 4 lines (Tetris). However, if the number of lines cleared in a level exceeds 4 (max of 7), then you level up regardless. Technically, since a Tetris counts as a level up, in order to reach level 99, you need to make 99 Tetrises. The line count will be at least 396 when you reach level 99.
There’s also a timer for how long you spend on each level without clearing a “levelling-up line”, if that makes sense. Here’s the timers for each level: Level 0: 58 seconds Levels 1-8: 38⅔ seconds Levels 9 & 10: 58 seconds Levels 11-14: 29 seconds Level 15+: 58 seconds This might be so that people don’t spend too long on the game on lower levels so the one next in line (back in ‘88, of course) in the arcade can play next, but that’s a total guess.
Personally I don't believe this was made by TAS. However this is a little bit faster in pace than the others achieved by switchpalacecorner in May 7, 2022 and nightmareci in January 23, 2019.

まあ地形の条件が整っていれば別に難しいことはないのでそれを知っているかどうかの問題。

全部の項目のカウンターストップ達成したので終わらせただけ
詰んでゲームオーバーになるしか終わらせることは出来ないので仕方ない、飽きたのでは無いのです😅
