You know, with the fact that we know we will have a "Heresy" episode I have a theory. Savathun will successfully revive Oryx, finally, and then convert Xivu over to the Light to gift her with immortality. Thus, "Heresy", they have defied the Worm Gods and the Witness, and turned to the light. However, this does not mean they will be "good", now they each have the Light's form of immortality and we get a new raid in which we have to finally slay the three Hive Gods in said raid as a final encounter. It will be a triple boss final encounter, and this would be really cool to hear as her segment for when you must slay her.
A raid like that definitely belongs to an expansion. Tho I feel like xivu will be killed during final shape perhaps the first raid boss. Xivu definitely deserves the role of a raid boss considering her achievements and how strong of a hive god she was. I’d take having the 3 hive siblings in a raid tho. Split the team into 3 teams of 2 and they have to deal with one of the 3 bosses then you meet up to deal a big damage phase to one of them you get 2 damage phases per boss. Maybe even the final stand is all 3 are extremely low and you need to take down all 3 during it and crush immaru if he chooses to stick with savathuûn.

They get revived at the end of the episode story, then the dlc launches and we see what the Osmium Dynasty does with this new (to Oryx and Xivu) power They could also introduce the third darkness subclass here and it could be like "traces of the Dynasty's former power" (I don't mean hive power, I mean the power of the "Deep") Lots of things could be done here
I can just imagine having to split into three teams of two, one team having to jump across platforms with the taken buff from KF, one team having to do some vault style shit, and one team facing several waves of adds to lower each of the trio's shields.
@@nilesstandish1802would be hell on contest mode. And tbh I like that. Last raid I truly felt helpless on was atraks-1 in deep stone. Her on contest was possibly one of the hardest bosses iv seen in destiny. The level of perfection you had to have to beat her with what we had back then was unreal and it felt good finally beating her even if we didn’t get the day 1
I love that you included an enrage section, wish bungie did that with their music, make it feel like this is it, all or nothing, and the cards aren't in your favor
If you listen to look within the part of the usual intro the more heroic part only plays on phase 3 as it says enrage is near. Remember it from contest hard to take 3 phases to kill Taniks any other time
@@equinoxruinouseffigy7856only one iv heard that’s actually been changed was Riven no longer plays phase 2 in game. It just reverts back to start of phase 1 which is really annoying because riven phase 2 is possibly one of the best OSTs in the game

Imagine, at the end of the Final Shape campaign we are face to face with the Witness and with a flick of its finger we are immobilized. When everything looks grim, we hear an all to familiar cackle as three of Savathun's light projections phase into the arena. She wouldn't want to sit there and simply not be there for the end, especially because she is all to eager to back back the eons of pain the Witness caused her. As the projections burst with light we are released and the true fight begins. Through-out the fight we empower Savathuns projections, and once they are fully empowered they dive into the Witness, cascading them in Light. With the sudden burst Light disrupting them, it would cue the DPS phase, having the DPS theme in this video erupt out as if to try and rebel against the pure darkness that is the Witness. But thats just my sort of imagined way the final confrontation would play out.
I can see that happening in the campaign. We are about to lose the witness about to enact the final shape and someone steps in dies to prevent it and extremely weakens the witness so much it no longer can continue and has to retreat into wherever the raid takes place. Eramis would be a prime candidate. Her redemption arc would be complete and start the potential for her to be the first eliksni light bearer. Still be perfect with savathûn tho. The raids gonna have to live up to a lot of hype tbh. It’s the make or break for this game going forward. Give us something like lw or vow and make it better and there’s hope. The campaign also needs to be 10/10

She for now makes more sense of an ally so I’m glad they done what they did with rhulk and her temporary death. She could make a good raid boss tho for future expansions after final shape as then the witness should be dead and she wouldn’t have a reason to need us around anymore
