Pleanty of gold medal streams in Wyoming just look them up. Try Hoback junction near Jackson Hole and another just north of the Tetons I’ve caught many a cuthroat.
Oh Man O man... That's definitely a good one. Done it many O times Drew. The trick is "timing", catching conditions right after the thaw or after the monsoons, I been beat up by storms in that valley more than once, its upper gradient blows it out fast. I'd rather go north a couple hours, it's real good and solid too,. Good times always at the WY. Happy New Year Drew and maybe one of these days we'll cross paths and play hookie and get fishy!
Finally! Been waiting for this one! 🙌🏼
Thanks again man for gifting this spot. Such an incredible day...even in not great conditions!
he owes you big time 😀 - what a cool spot!!
Had to be Wyoming. Always thought the name Wyoming was native name for "the effing wind never stops!"
Another fun to watch vid. Good job.
Amazing, I'm not a fly fisherman, but I can hardly believe you catch fish in that rushing water.... just an outstanding job to me.
I could play all day on the Powder!
Looks Wind River Rangey maybe? Beautiful stream.

Beautiful looking river, beautiful looking fish! Thanks for sharing. I love fishing those post-shelf runs… 💥🎣
Excellent stream. Great fish, looking at the gravel the stream can blow out very big in the spring thaw.
Wicked casting. Flow state. You make it look easy
Beautiful place glad you enjoyed.
What an awesome day and great spot!

It has been a while since I spoke to Cody. I meet him when I visited the fly shop when I would go up to Tellico
Great looking water🎣
Those are the fish I imagine were present 200+ years ago out here all over the west.
Drew, what fly rod is that that you are using. Looks awesome!!
at 6:30 when he had that good fish, did it pop off b/c he was pulling the line in with his hand?
9:47 the most well behaved dog
Rad! Thank you.
Drew. You make Idaho and Wyoming look....even better than Montana.....for fly fishing for trout.
they arguably are….better than….Montana for….fly fishing for trout.
Do these waters you've been fishing have a lower flow volume than in the past? I see a lot of dry rock in most videos, even the ones in the summer.
Wyoming stream we have to fish? Sounds great! Where is it?
In Wyoming of course!
Those be some of the jumpiest browns I ever saw.
Behaving more like 'bows.
Drew, another fabulous western adventure. Can you explain why you selected 'flies with legs' on the second day?
The one stream we have to fish but never tells you the name. lol
This is the ONE stream in WYOMING you have to fish ................. BUT OF COURSE WE WONT TELL YOU WHERE IT IS.
If we have to fish it, then how do we get there?
In a truck
