I'd say your daily rate overall is a good estimate. Not everyone is going to have 8 beers a day for 2 weeks straight, nor daily ST, but the savings of not doing that could be spent on some better food, or other incidentals.

I have visited Pattaya so many times, through the High season, Mid Season and Low Season, the draw back to low season is that its so hot and humid you really need to be run into the AC anywhere you can find it, nearly impossible to eat outside unless you dont mind the extreme humidity, that said no tourist running around. Great video Daz.

Hi Daz, you are spot on ! However, naturally everyone will have a slight variation in their balance sheet depending on their life style and their pockets. In my case, I am a light drinker and would prefer maily LTs for the company as well as traveling together to nearby resorts and islands to escape the overwhelming Pattaya's fever. In any case, thank you for setting a very realistic bench mark. 👍👍🌷

Hi Daz...! Hope you’re keeping yourself well Mate. Very interesting and accurate information in my appreciation. I been travelling to Pattaya in numerous occasions for a period between 2 and 3 weeks every holidays and my daily budget is around 4000 Thai Bath. Obviously depends on your taste and preferences but I believe is a decent budget. The breakfast in Kung’ s Soi Lengkee is quality..! Lots and lots of great choices and very affordable prices. The homemade Cumberland Sausages are Aroi...! Thanks again for your Videos and please keep the hard work coming...!

Good video. The cheapest place I ate breakfast was at Cheap Charlies on Soi Buakhao. The service was very fast too, but the breakfast was just good, not great. I went to Kung's on Soi Lengkee on another day and the prices were more expensive than Cheap Charlies, but the quality was much higher IMHO. Hunger Pangs had one of the most delicious hamburgers that I have ever eaten for a competitive price. KHAO SOI CHIANG MAI (near Soi lengkee next to Admire House hotel) has excellent northern Thailand food at cheap prices.

Good video Daz! I love the Capatins Bar & Guest House is great. I had breakfast there everyday except one when I was in Pattaya. Aside from having good food at a reasonable price, they open at 7am. There seemed to be a few places that served an English or American breakfast, but don't open until 9am. In terms of lunch & dinner, walk down Soi Boomerang, follow it around to the left at the bottom, & on the right there is a great little food place where you can get a nice meal for 65, 70, 75 thb. The lady there is nice too, was up for a chat.

Great info Daz. Question, is the Nando restaurant that was shown in the video anything like the Nando restaurants in the UK?

I skipped Pattaya and will be spending low season in angeles city. Easy to get girls to visit my hotel before or after their shift in the bar for 2500peso or 1600 baht, mostly cute slim 20 yr olds. It’s pretty easy to find beer in an air conditioned bar for 100php or 60 thb. Lady drinks I don’t need to buy as I got a phone full of numbers.
I still think Pattaya offers value for drinking and food but the barfines are out of control there, girl prices have not gone up too much but there is bars on soi6 charging 2k just to take a girl out of the bar on l/t, bars restricting girls leaving the bar before midnight are the main reason I’m not going back, I’m there for a week and I don’t want to wait around all night just to take a girl back to my hotel just because some greedy bar owner wants to keep her there for most of the night selling stupid lady drinks and racks of shots. The frat boy pisshead bar managers on Soi 6 turn me off the place also. Freelance is really the only way forward for Pattaya visitors now unless you want to get fleeced and take a drunk bar girl back to your room.
I’m sure the grifters who run the bars and livestreaming bs will somehow try to scapegoat the Korean and japanese visitors for the price increases to take the focus off themselves

First time back since the plague & Soi 6 is absolutely appalling. Bit more work required but freelances are definitely the way to go.

Great video, I’m back for a month in August. I’d love to see a comparable video with a daily budget of 6000tbt to see what you can get if you spend a bit more 👍.
