Hi, I am the agent in this video. I invited Thyda over to discuss some proposals. We really appreciate that this video was done. But we did not ask for her to do this. I know Thyda as I have donated several times to her charity work.
There were mistakes in the video which I wish to clarify. As we did not provide any detail information or script for her as this video is not something we had asked for (But once again, Thyda done a great job with little information from me)

Factories worker make less than $200 a month the condo cost between 400,000 to $700,000 + . Please give me a break 😂. It is probably for selling to the Chinese ,Vietnamese business people, the Hun Sen families , and his supporters. Not even 1% of people in Cambodia can afford to buy those kind of condo .

You have to make $100,000 + a year because the monthly payment has to be between 25,00 to 3000 + a month.

Those are very beautiful places hands down but for me i like being out in the country where there not so many people and i can see the outside things like birds and such where cows and chickens live and i can grow a garden i live out in the country side in the US where i have pigs goats chickens ducks and a garden if it would dry up so i could plant it your country has many beautiful places both in their citys and out in the country but i have found this to be true every where ive gone i wish you good luck happienes and health

$3k to $6k square meter, 120 sq/m average condo, that'll be around $360k to $720k. It's very over price in Cambodia. Medium salaries are around $1k and for factory workers are around $250 p/m.

Why are you trying to get Cambodian people to move to Cambodia.
