How do you measure your team's performance?

Here are two things that I do to measure my team’s performance:
Provide clear expectations upfront, which we outline in KRAs (Key Result Areas)
Complete bi-annual peer reviews based on our company core values
When everybody is on the same page and working toward improvement, it’s bound to lead to success - not just for your team, but for your business as a whole.
