2023 MG4 AC noise

When demisting the windscreen on the brand new 2023 MG4 when the A/C (Air Conditioning) is on at any fan speed there is a crackling or ticking noise. The sound usually occurs at any fan speed but is especially apparent when you go from a high to low fan speed.

Sounds like debris. Piece of paper, plastic wrap, something like that fell inside by mistake. I would get an appointment, take it back for a quick inspection

Sounds like a bit of debris is in there - dry leaf?

I can’t see anything when i look at it from the outside, my dad thinks its a piece of paper… i’ve had the car a week from the factory to my door if a leaf got inside i’d be very surprised but I will monitor it and report back if I ever figure it out
