Bali Rain in the Garden 4k

I used to dislike the rainy season. It's always a pain to go anywhere on a motorbike, the roads are wet and slippery, cars splash you as you go by. It was hard to get anything done because it takes twice as long to get anywhere and things are often cancelled due to the weather.
These days I like the rainy season much more. For one thing, it's cooler. For another, it's perfectly legitimate to cancel plans because of rain here, or at least show up a couple hours later than expected. The rainy season makes you slow down, change your plans, accept the reality as it is. The rain doesn't care what you had planned today.
The rain gives me a chance to have a slow cup of coffee and listen to the doves and the frogs in the rain as the heat evaporates. It helps me remember that all those plans I had were just made up anyways. Sometimes they're worthwhile, sometimes they're not. It's good to spend a little time just listening to the world. I hope you enjoy the rain on the leaves and the sounds of the birds in the garden.
