Today I start practicing Day 1 Day 2: at the beginning it was sore (from yesterday) but soon after I enjoyed the stretch Day 3: finished with much less sore than yesterday Day 4: I have little to no sore on the legs. I think my body adapted. However, there's this little pain in the back that concern me. Maybe my posture was incorrect Day 5: I am about 15 cm off the ground now
@@AJAniq-hl8hw Do both part 1&2 in a day everyday. And you'll get the splits in about a month. I got them in about 2 or 3 weeks after doing it everyday. I didn't alternate tho but maybe you can try it. She said it's ok to alternate but the more you stretch the better.

I'm a dancer of 20 years and now a teacher of jazz modern, and this is a good video, but for somebody who is not anywhere near doing the splits it is not going to be enough, stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors will require more intensity this workout is more of a warmup for somebody who can do the splits, this is not a split preparation workout you literally have to endure pain to lengthen those hamstrings which is what I had to do to get mine when I trained as a student. I have the methods on my channel.
The 30 seconds were way too short without a few seconds to change position. When I was in the position starting to feel it the beep sound already came and it was really stressful
Hey I’ve been trying to get my splits done and I’m doing these videos and really like them. But one question: I always do a workout and stretch normally before doing the split stretches. Can I do these stretches without working out before ? Like on a active rest day for example where I don’t work out but still wanna do these exercises?

Nein das ist ja noch die gleiche exercise. Du musst dich also theoretisch nicht hinsetzen sonst wäre das eine extra Übung. Oder andersrum: du kannst dich bei der rechten Seite auch ab der Hälfte hinsetzen

Yes the pulses make you go deeper, but be careful they increase the risk of injury. So don’t overdo them, and listen to your body

@@AJAniq-hl8hw Do both part 1&2 in a day everyday. And you'll get the splits in about a month. I got them in about 2 or 3 weeks after doing it everyday. I didn't alternate tho but maybe you can try it. She said it's ok to alternate but the more you stretch the better.
