    OR Etiquette 101.... Always ask the Patient's Permission Before Surgery if it's OK to have Students, Sales Reps/Vendors, non essentials in the OR, otherwise it is NOT INFORMED CONSENT....This is a conversation that needs to happen in the Office BEFORE Surgery, initiated by the Surgeon and discussed with the Patient.....And if the Patient Refuses, RESPECT their RIGHTS.....

      @@lordkubriq1266 SALES REPS do NOT belong in the OR..... Patients are NOT INFORMED of this....Hell, just let the Walmart Greeter in too....

      @@lordkubriq1266 they are literally a puzzle to surgery, shed be surprised how many products are delegated by reps, they are needed. Its nothing new and they need to follow HIPAA AND PRIVACY rules. That really goes for everyone.

      I do know what I am talking about.... Patients are NOT informed and for the most part, Surgeons and hospitals refuse to tell this Dirty Little Secret.
